This hotel was right in old town with easy parking. The room was very nicely decorated, large and very quiet, and walkable to every thing. There is a lot to do in Erfurt and we ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely recommend this property.

An excellent hotel, best so far on my 2 week trip - very clean and comfortable and in a great location. You can easily walk to the center of the town, shops, restaurants, etc.

Really easy to find. Check in was very smooth. Parking garage is a tight squeeze, but very manageable for a experienced driver. Room was very clean and tidy. Checkout was just as smooth.

Very good location and breakfast

The location is a real plus, the breakfast buffet is good and has a wide range of choices. However the basic room has no air condition which made getting a good sleep during the recent heatwave impossible. There is also no minibar or mini fridge in the room to have a cold drink. You can upgrade to a room wit A/C and rent a mini fridge at additional cost however the price for a night in a basic room was already upper range for a hotel of this category. We're not talking about the 4 seasons or the plaza...you get better sleep quality and better rooms for less if you stay at the Radison or the Mercure. Parking garage is cramped and finding a spot can be a challenge but they made the best with the space they have. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This was excellent with one EXCEPTION. No laundry or dry cleaning service! Travelling on vacation in Germany for a month, we could have used it.

Right in the centre of Erfurt. Excellent breakfast. Would stay there again.
