Very welcoming, room great and breakfast was great.

The room was very nice although a bit noisy. But the staff and the food was excellent!

The gentleman on reception on arrival was amazing. Tooms are modern and clean but small.. hotel is out of town, taxis are very expensive.

Booked the hotel at short notice, it was easy to find on the ouskirts of Sandviken. The receptionist could not have been more friendly or helpful.Our room had a very comfortable bed and good sized TV. The heating had been left on failrly high and the room was too but turning this down and the AC up soon rectified this. Breakfast was the usual with Best Western Hotels in Scandanavia, which is in my opinion excellent. Would stay there ahgain.

Room was very nice ,bed was amazing. All the staff was very polite and calm at all times. Food was just AMAZING, dinner and breakfast . If there is something i would have changed the spider webb in the ceiling , the toilet was kinda small and they do have vegetarian options for dinner but its not alot of choice's.

Nice hotel just outside Sandviken. For the last year they have been renovating. It's fun that there's something new every time i come back. Good water pressure, nice rooms, nice balconies. The breakfast selection is nice and a rather cozy bar.

Very good hotel, good check in, clean room.

Almost everything was nice except for the ventilation. The only way to get fresh air into our room was by opening the balcony door - to a ”shared balcony”.

Great hotel looks new, staff very welcoming and helpful. Food was awesome and a great breakfast as well.

The room was okay but very basic in terms of desin. Bed very soft. Sound isolation to neighboring rooms quite poor. The spa area dressing rooms and sauna were like straight out of the 80's. Pool small but a nice addition. Sauna was cold. However, dinner was excellent, and breakfast was excellent. Much better than what you find in many large, expensive hotels. It definitely saved the overall experience :) Will be coming back.

It’s very nice but when there is hot weather, there is no aircon, no fans and open window with no screen will attract mosquitos.

Amazing place, very quaint with great service, food and bar.

Rummet var rent och fint. Personalen extremt trevliga och tillmötesgående. Parkering var bra och nära. Poolen var mysig och skönt att man fick vara själv där. Det kostade inget att vara där men man måste boka för att få vara där. Bastun var magisk! Bra frukost och maten på middagen var mycket god. Överlag var vi mycket nöjda med vår vistelse här och kommer att återkomma.
