Staff was great. Room service sandwiches were poor & overpriced

Clean room, quiet even though there was a large event on, good breakfast and a fantastic view.

Outstanding

No temperature control in bedroom - radiator permanantly on and could not turn off. As a result only option was to sleep with window open - as we were on the front road it was very noisy all night. I rang reception and asked for a plaster as had a small paper cut to hand - was told they could not find a first aid kit - not even in the kitchen. Appalled.

Stay at the Burlington was lovely but rooms could be better as fairly basic for 4 star but service and quality of breakfast more than made up for this.

Excellent all around

Excellent attentive staff, always courteous and helpful, served in restaurant very efficiently Room was comfortable and far better than Premier Inn next door!

A bit dated. Room Keys are old fashioned. Hard to find parking

Lovely hotel on a beachfront location. We visited for a family party in Worthing. Staff and service were very good. As its an old building, some of the windows do not fit very well, ie draughts. Winter time rooms might be cold I think. Overall an excellent stay.

Friendly welcoming staff, comfortable bed in a big light and bright room. Just a stones throw away from the beach. Exterior of the property looks a bit shabby but interior is better. Nice breakfast in dining room.

Breakfast is very good lots of choices,staff were very nice and sea view is beautiful, just a sham the bar closes to early, after all its a hotel.

One of the cutest and cosiest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Beautiful interior, big spacious rooms, facilities great. Staff were approachable and welcoming. Only two downsides-the breakfast lacked flavour and hotel was a bit pricey.

Very convenient location. Bus stop right outside. Staff were very friendly and professional. Food lovely. Our room was clean and spacious. Will stay there again.

I stay at the Burlington whenever I am in Worthing. I like that it's an independent hotel and that it has a lot of history attached. The location on the front (but away from the noisy part) is ideal, staff are consistently welcoming and the breakfast is excellent!

Great stay

We stay here usually once a year when we visit our daughter. The location is very convenient. The staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend the Burlington Hotel.

Rooms facing the sea give wonderful views of the tides coming in and going out.
