Very high standard accommodation with excellent facilities and dining options.

Great hotel, amazing facilities. Good food options. Great activities for children. Only criticisms was speed of service at the bars and the pool temperature

Amazing hotel, with amazing staff, and great location. We’ve stayed several times and will stay again.

Most of the focus was on activities for the kids. It would be nice to have something for the adults as well.

Loved the hotel, definitely recommend the rooms with pool access!!

Lovely staff Nice room, cleaned every day with fresh towels & bed linen changed every 2 days Food in buffet was ok. Plenty of choice but could be lukewarm Food in Italian & South American a la carte restaurants was excellent Good range of wines & cocktails

Overall The resort was wonderful. Great facilities, nice beach and close to the old and new town. Didn’t realise that our section was full of young kids. In hindsight we should’ve booked the property next door - adults only. The staff were all sensational and extremely accommodating at all times.

Great pools and beach. Food a bit hit and miss

Very modern property good for young families and young couples. Signage to different restaurants toilets etc was not always easy to find. Could do with more easy access bars of staying in a swim up pool as quite a walk.

Lovely resort, however definitely felt awkward as I am a Muslim and did get unnecessary looks and reactions from people, sometimes staff members. Did not feel inclusive.

It’s definitely a great place and I had a great time but for the price you’re paying and for the 5 stars it has there are quite a few things that come to mind that aren’t that great. Having no real options for 3 people to house in a room was annoying since the third person has to sleep on a sleep sofa type thing. Light switches weren’t working properly and some lights were making weird noises. If you’re a 3 people group you only got drinks for two people and same with the bathrobe and slippers. We had to go and ask for a third pair of each ourselves. Staff was incredibly nice and always tried their best which was great. It’s just issues with the things there and no issues with staff whatsoever.

The hotel is good but the water pools are frozen, we were not able to enter the pool at the beginning of September The kitchen staff and chefs are excellent and very considerate

Pool was amazing it’s just a 10/10 hotel

The hotel itself was lovely, beautiful room. More family orientated than anticipated and as a couple travelling we would have appreciated an adults only area. There was a smaller pool but we tried to use this twice and both times, before 8am, all beds had been reserved by towels which was really disappointing as the hotel has a no reservation policy but this was obviously not enforced. Air con only went to 22 and would have liked it just slightly cooler bearing in mind the high outside temp. Despite being all inclusive, and having a swim up room, the mini bar only had soft drinks so rather than walking to the bar we would pay at the mini market instead. The al a carte restaurants were fantastic, especially the Sushi one. Breakfast service was sometimes slow so that our coffees didn't arrive until after we'd eaten.

When arrived, the gentleman that checked us in was amazing. After that every other staff was very average. When asked to the barista how was your day? Boring was he’s response. The lifeguard at the kids aqua park had no interest in keeping kids safe. Example my son was stuck in the tube screaming, he couldn’t hear it but my husband that was walking towards the aqua park could. Obviously I was running around trying to work out which tube he was in. When I approached him about the matter, he had a chip on he’s shoulder. Food is so average and not enough traditional options. It’s over crowded and not enough staff. I wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star experience at all.

Lovely hotel with lovely staff. Enjoyed our stay there.

The exterior of the hotel and pool area is stunning and we had pur own private beach front. So you didnt have to worry when heading into the sea. The staff were great and extremely helpful, however I felt that they could hire more waiting staff to speed up the process of getting drinks etc. What stopped me from giving 5 stars, was that the lift in the main building kept on breaking so we'd have to take the stairs alot . The Aircon in the bedroom, was pretty weak and we could only bring it to 22degress. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Very unsatisfied with dining options and reservations. I was able to book only 2 dinners out of 8 night stay. All other days was buffet dining and food was blend at best. Cleaning service was awful only did beds and took garbage out. Did not clean floors or anything else. One day they left garbage by coffee station and didn’t clean.
