This is the second consecutive year I have chosen this hotel, knowing what it offers for the price. This time, I felt slightly disappointed, as there were both positive and negative aspects to my stay. Some of the rooms are outdated, which can be uncomfortable. I initially received one of those rooms, but fortunately, I was able to switch to a better one without any hassle. On a positive note, the lobby and restaurant areas are spacious. I may be a bit picky, but I noticed a decline in both the quality and variety of the food offered. On the bright side, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located just five minutes away from the metro. While it’s not a bad choice overall, if you’re looking for something fresher and more modern, you might be disappointed.

Hotel Staff was Amazingly helpful, supportive and pleasant. Location was central, easy to walk and access public transport. Rooms were clean with great patio options.

First, i have to say, the receptionist was very kind and helpful. But the hotel is in no way a 4 stars hotel, not even a 2 stars. I've been in small villages in Germany with nothing to see but a castle and hotels were way better than this one, hands down. The room was not ready at 2:30pm but that was ok with me. What was not ok with me was the hairs all over the bathroom floor, sink and bathtub. Totally disgusting. But i wasn't going to complain about that if everything else would have been ok, which was not the case. I was there one night , after a concert, and i couldnt rest from the outside noise. Balcony door is probably old, doesn't insulate at all, all night traffic, it was terrible. And everything in that room was terrible old. A kettle but not even a bag of tea. At least the breakfast was ok. But i wouldnt go there not even paid. My question is: how something like this gets 4 starts? In what universe?

The cleanliness of the rooms are excellent,the maids do a great job keeping things clean,the staff are very helpful and attentive,breakfasts are very good,the lady with blonde hair rani was really nice lady and would always be polite and courteous,she is a real asset to the hotel,overall my stay there was very good,thanks for your time in making my stay there a happy one.

The people who work here are so great! The complimentary breakfast is on par with more expensive hotels who charge for breakfast. Though I had expected difficulty parking, it was super easy. The place is lovely. Maybe art deco? Only thing is the plumbing is kind of on par with its age. Still, I’d definitely stay here again

We were in town to visit family and see Acropolis. The location was very convenient, had uncovered secured parking, very good breakfast buffet, and the place was very well designed! I actually stopped the owners to thank them for such a neat place! I was able to walk to Acropolis from the hotel- super great way to experience more of Athens and spend time w family!

This hotel is so old and the bathroom and we space are so small You can’t sit on the WC in true way Breakfast is not good In the reception they are usually Unfriendly people And they are aggressive In total comparing of the price and hotel facilities it is not balance Facilities and quality of the hotel Like 2 star hotel

Below average. Asked for double room and they gave me twin saying they had no availability. Room was outdated and not the one showed on the images on hotels.com platform Overall I don’t know how this hotel is 4* The only reason the price was lower than other 4* hotel is because its not really 4* and its located outside the center

When we arrive. The staff was awesome. Help us the luggage they had one room available that we could get and put our stuff into who we came back that night. They were just all friendly. We wanted to get a drink and the gentleman at the reception desk sent us over to the bar. A lady came in and she did everything for us and brought it up to our room. It was a wonderful experience.

Check in was great. The person who attended to us was friendly and engaged in convo and also assisted with arranging transportation to the marina. My room had adequate space on the 4th floor but they provided nothing complimentary in the fridge. It was totally empty. The towels were course and worn and when I showered water would run under the glass door to the toilet. It appears it was not sealed properly. The shower stall was also small and the shower was oddly placed on the side of the wall very high so that also contributed to water escaping. There is no iron in the room and so we had to call to get one to borrow which they only allowed an hour of use. Breakfast assortment was ok but everything was cold or at room temperature. What was great is that its only 6-7 minutes from the city center. While I didnt trying walking I would think it would be manageable but I would caution anyone who wants to chance that in the heat. There is also a lot of steps to climb to reach the lobby and so if you have luggage there is no bell hop to assist you. You are on your own hauling your bags up the high flight of steps to reach the lobby

Hotel was located in a convenient area. Hotel was clean. Free breakfast was also good. One negative thing I have to say is that the hotel is outdated. Lobby was decent, but our room needed an update. Old bathroom, old furniture. Shower was small with a shower curtain which is also outdated. Shower doors are much more modern and convenient for guests. And one last negative thing is that entrance to the lobby is at least 10 stairs up; difficult when you are older and have plenty of luggage. Hotel has ample parking in front, which is definitely a plus.

Overall, an enjoyable stay. The hotel boasts a good location, with an underground station just five minutes away. The rooms are equipped with new and modern furniture, but there is one downside: the bathrooms are impossibly small and lack sufficient hangers. I spoke with the reception staff, and they informed me that most of the rooms have similar bathroom layouts. Parking spaces are limited, but the staff is willing to help if you provide them with your car keys. Breakfast is good, though I wouldn't say it's exceptional. The variety isn't extraordinary, and I wasn't very impressed with the quality. Despite these shortcomings, the staff truly made the difference. Everyone I interacted with was professional, helpful and welcoming.

Great place to stay. But they need to get the rooms ready before the guests come. We had to wait for more than one hour after 3 PM to get our room which caused delay on our plans. Great breakfast.

Excellent location for getting around all of the city. Helpful and efficient staff. Very nice buffet breakfast.

The room was above expectations for the price. The location is not fancy but it is very convenient for businesses travellers. Breakfast was average (nothing exciting, nothing bad). It is a great choice considering value/ money

Accessibility to Kato Patissio bus station and metro station. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast.
