Great all round

Very cozy hotel, and convenient location, location. Decent continental breakfast. The owner is usually around and eager to help beds were comfortable. Would stay there again.

It is exactly what says in the pictures. Room size ok, staff super friendly and helpful, breakfast simple but fresh. Amazing coffee. Location not that great, need a car. All shops around closes at 3 and reopen at 7pm. Safe to walk around.

Plenty of space for parking car / motorcycle. Room large and clean . Tea/coffee in room . Restaurant does not open in the evening. Young gentleman on reception was helpful . Burger bar a few doors away was very nice , staff were friendly. Breakfast was not great Carpets throughout were very dirty .

We enjoyed every minute at the hotel. I highly recommend it.

Restaurant was always closed... spa was fully booked and the only moment we were able to use the pool (for 2 hrs and a charge) was the moment we asked and we were not able to see it... very odd

Small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Restaurant was very nice and rooms comfortable and clean. The only downside would be location. railway station was not close enough,and having to walk there in the heat was very hard. Taxi service does not exist so when you need one hotel organises one with a hefty price.

Great hotel with a wonderful spa experience. Excellent restaurant where the locals are coming to enjoy the food and especially the pizza. Great hotel staff, restaurant staff and spa staff. Room air conditioning is a little weak on a hot day, that's the only negative. We really had a great time and the Etna is such a wonderful attraction.

Das Personal war in einigen Punkten bemüht und hilfsbereit. Wer ein BEtt zum Schlafen möchte in der Gegend, kann dieses Hotel nutzen. Allerdings sollte man mit Kakerlaken im Haus rechnen.

Nel complesso esperienza positiva, camera e bagno spaziosi e confortevoli. Unica nota negativa la doccia, poca acqua e miscelatore inadeguato. Colazione appena sufficiente. Basta comunque poco per migliorare la struttura.

Bien situé entre Catane et Taormina. Belle vue sur l'Etna. Pas bien insonorisé et chambre petite

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend in perfetto relax grazie anche alla presenza in struttura della spa.

Struttura centrale e molto pulita. Camera spaziosa e ben organizzata. Staff alla reception cordiale e disponibile. Piscina esterna ben curata, attrezzata con lettini ed ombrelloni. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio bar per l'aperitivo, ottimo. Colazione varia con prodotti freschi, la ragazza in servizio davvero carina e disponibile. Siamo stati davvero bene nonostante abbiamo pernottato una sola notte.

Personale gentile. Spa carina. Relax assicurato.
