This hotel was one of the best I've stayed in. The staff were incredibly helpful, and it was very clean. Location-wise, it's excellent, everything is within walking distance.

this is one of my favorite hotels to stay at.

We have used Alt elsewhere. Check in difficult due to limited area to pull cars in to check in and difficulty finding parking.

Employés de la réception ne parlent pas français… inacceptable à Ottawa. Pas de stationnement à l’hôtel, on doit aller stationner à 2 coins de rue…

Don’t expect a view. From what I can tell all of the rooms have windows that look into a concrete wall.

Our stay at the Alt Hotel was great.The staff was very accommodating with our special requests. The hotel was conveniently located to shopping, eateries and downtown Ottawa activities.

Everything was clean. Everyone was efficient, friendly and helpful! More fruit and yogurt options would be great:)Good decaf coffees would also be a great addition. We had a wonderful stay in the most COMFORTABLE bed ever!

If you’re someone who cares about service, forget it! Every customer deserves the right to be treated equally That’s all I m gonna say!

This hotel needs to figure out the parking situation!!! I needed to leave my room by 6:30am and could not park in the recommended lot…the recommended lot didn’t open until 8am!!! Not a good impression!

Great hotel .. central location, helpful reception staff. Nice vibe.. lovely bar area. Room great with comfortable bed. Only poor thing was room service.. bins not emptied, used cups not replaced/ cleaned. Otherwise fantastic base for visiting Ottowa

Very clean modern spacious rooms with all amenities. There was no mini fridge which would have been helpfu. Pillows a little soft but bed was very comfortable. Service was really good and the 24 hr cafe very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Ottawa, a short walk from the parliament buildings and a lively shopping and dining area. We didn't eat in the hotel but had late night drinks in the hotel bar before retiring to our comfy room.

I loved the lounge area in the lobby. Coffee, quick food, morning yogurt. I got in late and could grab a quick bite. My room was very quiet! I slept great. Coffee in room was Nespresso! My window opened which I loved!! Very convenient location

Bed was uncomfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay.
