I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Hotel Campoamor for making my visit to Oviedo an unforgettable experience. ​First and foremost, I want to highlight the Assistant Director, whose warm welcome and valuable recommendations regarding the city’s landmarks and gastronomy made all the difference from the very beginning. ​My special thanks to María at the front desk for her kindness and for taking the time to help me with my airline arrangements; her efficiency and approachable manner gave me great peace of mind. I also want to recognize the young woman in charge of breakfast, whose positive energy and dedication to service brighten up the mornings. ​Finally, my appreciation goes to the housekeeping staff for keeping our room impeccable every day. Pasé unos días maravillosos en Hotel Campoamor. El ambiente es acogedor, el servicio excelente y la ubicación inmejorable. Me sentí realmente bien atendido/a y cuidado/a en todo momento. ¡Recomendado sin dudarlo!

Everything was fantastic!

El hotel fue una excelente elección. La habitación era espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. La ubicación era perfecta, a poca distancia de muchos lugares de interés pero no dentro del bullicio. Pudimos dormir cómodamente. El servicio de atención al cliente que nos brindó Roxana fue excepcional. Ella nos ayudó muy amablemente a resolver una situación que experimentamos con nuestra reservación. ¡Gracias! Desayunamos en el hotel y la selección de productos fue muy buena y deliciosa. En mayo, durante las fechas que fuimos, el aire acondicionado del hotel al parecer seguía operando en modo invierno pero las temperaturas nocturnas todavía eran frías; pudimos abrir las ventanas y dormir cómodamente y en silencio.

We had problems since the air condtioning was not on. We had to sleep with our windows open. And this is end of May. Temperature we’re not that cold!

Very convenient to the historical areas of the city and many restaurants. Good morning breakfast. TV channel choices were limited.

El hotel necesita reforma, es más un 3 estrellas normalito que un 4. La habitación es muy incómoda, la tv la tienes que ver de lado, la cama es súper bajita y la luz central no funcionaba. Necesita reforma y cambio de telas.

Nice stuff, convenience located

This city is amazing, and the hotel is equally so. I arrived a few hours before official check in, but they warmly greeted me and gave me a room. The room is comfortable and clean with a great view. Highly recommend.

El hotel necesita una remodelación. Pequeños detalles nos indican dejadez (grietas en baldosas del baño, tubo del secador lleno de agujeros...) Por otro lado, recepción no encontraba mi reserva y espere 20 m. en lugar de solucionarlo posteriormente y me informaron de que el descuento en el parking cercano era del 25%, siendo el realidad del 20%. La habitación daba a un patio interior horrible. La TV quedaba bastante ladeada desde la posición en la cama. El desayuno bastante pobre. Ni huevos revueltos ni fritos tenia. El Bacon parecia del dia anterior. Mal!! Creo que las 4 estrellas le quedan algo grandes.

Very clean but small room. Centrally located and within walking distance to everything .

What a boring and sad experience. The staff was super ignoring - we greeted with a friendly and hearty hello but we got zero smiles instead it was “name?” The property was boring also - the room had zero, yes, zero decor. A TV hung very high and nothing more. The AC was freezing or hot, there was nothing in-between. We only had one pillow and we could not find how to ask for another. On the positive side, it was clean and had basic amenities. It was very quiet too. The location was right in the center of things so it was easy to get around.

Great location ! Everything you want/need is walkable. Oviedo is a lovely city to visit.

The show in the room was not normal. Very odd and awkward to use.
