The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and functional and the water parks are great and spa was lovely. The food is pretty limited - lots of burgers, fries and ice cream. A good deal for the price.

It’s was a clean and maintained hotel but customer service was poor requested room cleaning service which wasn’t provided and bathroom water wasn’t draining and ask the staff to fix it but that wasn’t taken care of understand that u have to buy separate tickets for the water park but it should be atleast discounted for the people staying in the hotel , overall it was a pleasant stay just lacked in customer service.

1. You need to pay the entry tickets to Bora Parc. I was thinking it was included. 2. There is not micro-ondes in the room. 3. Was very clean a d we enjoyed our stayed.

The hotel was very clean and the staff did a good job. The only thing I didn't like was that hotel guests weren't offered better amenities for staying at Bora Parc. I would have appreciated at least a discount coupon since I was a guest. In the end, I paid the same price as someone who wasn't staying at the hotel.

Clean rooms

Misinformation on the website. They didnt memtion that the waterpark is closed on week days. Also, it wasn't mentioned that there is a separate ticket for waterpark. I paid over 300 for nust 1 night. Lastly, the Waterpark stuff was extremely rude. My daughter was lower than the height where you have to buy a ticket but they forced us to buy the ticket. Overall a very bad experience

Be aware! Bora bora only opens on weekends in Apeil. We figured out only when we reached hotel. It would be nice to warn the guest at booking time that no indoor water park is open during the week.

It was a group of us both kids and adults and it was great for all with the tubing, water park and ice hotel it was wonderful.
