L’entretien de la chambre était super! Les serviettes étaient remplacées à tous les jours.

This was a very disappointing stay. The inside of the hotel was not clean. The pool was much shallower than expected and the hot tub was only bathwater temperature instead of being hot. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get any quality sleep. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again or recommend it based on our experience.

The elevators were not all in fonction... It would take a bit more time to get to the room. Overall a great hotel for the family needs.

They were not prepared considering the number of reservations. Waiting for over 35 to check in is not a good way to start a stay.

Avec les enfants, se serait agréable d’avoir plus de crochet dans la salle de bain pour suspendre les maillots ou serviettes à sécher

Our room was clean and comfortable, the pool and rooftop were excellent. Boston Pizza being attached made for conveint meals. The Arcade was great for the kids. Location was great to go see anything in the area. Breakfast was horrible, it was crowded and poorly laid out. Hardly any of the food was good. No bowls for yogurt or cereal the first morning. No scrambled eggs, no bacon or sausage. Cold boiled eggs. Cold pancakes. We ended up across the parking lot to Cora's for a proper breakfast. Not enough seating. Overall, we would recommend the hotel but not the breakfast.

La chambre était parfaite pour un court séjour. Je prendrai sûrement une plus grande chambre avec un bain si je dois y retourner plus longtemps.

Tout étais parfait!!! La chambre, le personnel et le déjeuner était parfait. La seule petite chose c’est la piscine, pas assez de surveillance, les enfants qui sautent dans le jacuzzi c’était très désagréable

Spent 5 days i had a good stay the kids love the pool and the slide but i would had like the cleaning staff come more often to clean the room

Check in was super slow, line up was out the door with people trying to check in. Room was okay. Continental breakfast was disappointing, unless stale pancakes, and yogurt is your thing. No protein aside from hard boiled eggs. Extra billing showed up on my card, still trying to figure that one out. Wouldn’t go back.

C'est vraiment un super endroit, mais si vous préférez un endroit tranquille, c'est beaucoup familial avec beaucoup d'enfants,j'aime les enfants mais c'est très actif à ce niveau là, c'est vraiment une bonne place pour les familles

The hotel is very old, and the breakfast lacked variety. The boiled eggs were served cold, which was disappointing. The bed was extremely noisy. Once you lay down, you almost didn’t want to move because every movement made loud creaking noises that could easily wake up anyone else in the room. The pool was cold and not very clean. On the positive side, there was always a lifeguard on duty, which was reassuring. Overall, I found the hotel to be overpriced for the quality and amenities it offered and I don’t recommend.

We had a clean room and a comfy bead.
