La localisation de l'hôtel est bonne, près du place Laurier, de l'Aquarium, etc. --- Nous avons été accueilli en anglais par un francophone! La femme de ménage n'a pas passé dans notre chambre malgré 3 nuitées passées à l'hôtel. À la volée on lui remettait dans le corridor les serviettes utilisées en échange de nouvelles propres. Aucun fil pour brancher le téléphone de l'hôtel. J'en ai informé le personnel. Aucun suivi par la suite de leur part. Note : C

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience so other travelers can make an informed decision. Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet even the standard I would expect from a decent-quality property. The room was significantly smaller than what was portrayed in the photos, which was quite misleading. The sofa in our room was broken and creaked loudly every time someone sat on it. When I brought this to the receptionist’s attention, there was no real acknowledgment or apology, only a casual response that they had been meaning to replace it. Housekeeping was also disappointing. During our stay, they only replaced the towels. The bed was not made, and the room was not tidied or cleaned, which is a basic expectation at any hotel. The breakfast experience was equally underwhelming. The food quality was poor, and what made it worse was that housekeeping staff were moving carts and trays through the same breakfast area while guests were eating, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, the staff came across as unfriendly and lacked the level of hospitality you would expect. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. There are many better hotels available at similar or even lower prices that provide far better service, comfort, and value. In my opinion, this hotel is marketed very well online, but the actual experience falls far short of the expectations those advertisements create.

Super emplacement

We stayed 4 nights, included breakfast was great but exact same menu for 4 days in a row was just little bit disappointing.

Great hotel, used the bus to get downtown and back thanks to the bus pass they supplied. Unfortunately room 218 l was given is right over the garage door opener that caused some noise.

Emplacements de l'hôtel près des services comme voulu. Pour le déjeuner, peut-être faire un suivi pour assurer des carafes de café remplies ou en disposer plusieurs selon l'achalandage pour éviter au client d'en faire la demande. :)

Nous avons adoré notre chambre. Seul chose, ces qu'on a dû faire changer un rideaux et notre lit étais pas propre. Mes apres avoir demandé de changer, tout étais parfait

Bel hôtel, personnel attentionné et très agréable. La chambre est très bien. Le lit est un peu dur, mais tres confortable et propre.

Choix limités au petit dejeuner

Pour notre séjour, aucun débordement, criage dans le couloir. Hotel très respectueux.

Disappointing stay. We were told check-in was at 5 PM to ensure rooms were thoroughly cleaned, so we had high expectations. Unfortunately, our room (327) had several issues, the sink was clogged and water drained very slowly, and some of the lights weren't working. For a hotel that emphasizes cleanliness and preparation, this fell short. Would not recommend unless these maintenance problems are addressed.
