The hotel is beautiful and very comfortable, but what truly stands out is the exceptional service. Mary and the entire breakfast team are incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. Every morning they make guests feel genuinely welcome, always with a smile and a willingness to help. Their hospitality adds something special to the experience and makes every day start on a positive note. I truly loved my stay and would happily come back.

The restaurant team was extremely professional, cooperative, and always supportive with all our requests. The food quality, organization, and overall service were consistently excellent. Great experience for Saudi food and local menu ,was incredible Special thanks to the restaurant staff (chef Abdullah and chef Asma and all team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Hotel room is very spacious and well maintained. Gym and pool are top level. I have been staying in this hotel for almost 3 weeks and I have 7 more weeks to go. Breakfast is of a very high level, and Mary brings me my black tea every morning without me even asking, because she already knows that I would order it. Great service by all the staff in general

From the 2 gentlemen in the reception I knew right away that this will be an excellent stay. Extremely friendly and accommodating. Treated me as if I was there friend from school. In my opinion when it comes to hotels this is the most important thing is to make the guests feel welcomed and at home. The room is also spacious, clean and we'll maintained.
