Only problem was figuring out where to put the bath towels after they were wet.

Stayed her when my parents were in icu at umc. Easy to get to and from hospital. Staff was very accommodating and courteous.

A great stay with our dog. The room was clean and well maintained. Pillows and linens were of nice quality. Convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was a plus as well.

you have to reconsider the breakfast quality and menu. It is really bad quality and not healthy.

I stay at Best Westerns on all my road trips, this locations room was so dirty. We mentioned it to the front desk and he replied " After you check out we will have someone clean it" The guy at the desk didn't seem to care at all, The bathroom had hair in the sink and there was trash under the chair.

Just a quick stop to sleep on a road trip. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. The carpet in the hallways and room smells very badly. Carpet has no place in high traffic areas like a hotel. The bed was not very comfortable. However, by far, the worst feature was that the A/C was working at about 10% capactiy in our room. The hotel was fully booked so we could not be moved. I called twice and someone came to my room. a A note: he did come up immediately when I called the second time. He spent a few minutes pushing buttons and the A/C still never worked correctly. It would blow cool air about 30 seconds then HOT air for a long time. If you are cold natured, even in a Texas summer, and don't have a great sense of smell, then this is the hotel for you.

We usually stay here every 3 months for 4-5 days to visit family, as I am active duty and we try to visit as often as possible, this time was horrible. We were refused towels when we asked for them on our third day (mind you we are a family of four) We always come with our dogs and they usually put us on the first floor because of this, we were put on the fourth floor with two dogs. The breakfast was being put away at 8:30 while we were trying to serve ourselves. The lady was literally taking things while my teenager was trying to put some on her plate and removing the tongs so we couldn’t get any food. We won’t be returning

It’s a clean, conveniently located property that was a good value for us. We’ll return on our next trip to Lubbock.

As usual the staff was efficient. My room was clean and stocked. Breakfast was good and the dining area was clean.

The room was ok. The sheets, pillow cases, and blankets all had stains. The shower is really small. I'm five foot and petite but still felt uncomfortable in the shower. The pool is disgusting and freezing. It smells like moldy water. Yet the service was excellent. The young ladies were attentive, patient, and respectful. I appreciated that they held my room until 3am when we were finally able to make it in.

Great value, excellent stay

We had a good overnight stay overall. I was disappointed that the excessive $20 per pet charge was not mentioned online. The breakfast was mediocre— eggs were dry and coffees tasted odd. Building has a pigeon poop problem.
