All staff was excellent. Very quiet place. Good bed, good shower. Room cleaned each Day. Many attentions for customers.

Perfect boutique hotel in a good location.

Adorable Classic room with big bathroom, all extremely clean. The best part was the functioning air conditioner, which was a godsend in the heatwave. The hotel breakfasts are small but I had a bespoke crepe and eggs, and was very well looked after. The location is wonderful, 5 mins or less from Metro station, and my room was blissfully quiet.

Great location close to many restaurants and shopping in general is excellent! My favorite area in Paris.

It was our first visit to Paris for my husband and me. It will not be our last. The staff here was so welcoming. We felt like we were coming home each night. Valerie was especially helpful and kind. We looked forward to seeing her each morning before our daily excursions. I highly recommend Victoire & Germain!!!

Very nice staff, extremely helpful for anything you may need. Clean room, quiet area of town, and in room airconditioning. Area of town is perfect and walking distance for most things.

Overall, we had a very positive experience during our stay. The staff were very friendly, the lobby felt cozy and welcoming, and the location was excellent, with many shops and restaurants nearby. A bonus is the close proximity to the metro (RER) station, which made getting to and from the airport very convenient. That said, the room cleanliness could be improved. The floor was somewhat scratched and dusty, and the bathroom - especially the shower tiles and corners - appeared noticeably worn and soiled. With some deeper cleaning and minor repairs or maintenance, the hotel definitely has great potential.
