We recently stayed at this resort and had a very unusual and uncomfortable experience. While the property itself was well-maintained and visually appealing, we were the only guests during our stay, and there were no staff members present on-site.
Although there was a self check-in process, the complete absence of staff made us feel unsafe and uneasy, especially during the night. At the very least, having one or two staff members available on the property would have provided reassurance and basic support if needed.
Due to this situation, we were unable to sleep properly and could not fully relax or enjoy our stay. Hospitality is not just about the physical space, but also about guest comfort and a sense of security, which was lacking in this case.
We hope the management considers maintaining a minimal staff presence, even during low occupancy periods, to ensure guests feel safe and supported.
