Neighborhood was quiet, but guests were not. Before I was headed out for the evening the staff member at the front desk was encouraging another guest to fully utilize his "up to 3 guests per room" allotment and have a a really good time for the night. Was awoken around 4am to other guests smoking weed in the hallway and banging on doors. I know there's only so much the hotel can control, so the room and facility itself was fine but I'll book elsewhere in the future.

Near united center

This was a very comfortable stay. It was very quiet, clean and the staff were very friendly. It felt very safe here as well with the security features.

Great staff. The room was just okay

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfect. They come with a full size refrigerator .The Front desk staff and manager are very nice, professional and accommodating. They have a nice private parking lot for $25 and you don't have to leave your car. You can come and go if you want. Love, the manager!

Good stay! No complaints!

The lack of pictures of this property is most likely due to the outdated appearance. I understand not every hotel will be a 5-star experience so I will not harp on the negatives. instead, I will say that the amazing staff working here deserves an updated Environment to work in.

Very limited parking. Reservation started included but had to pay for the garage next door.

There is very little parking, in fact I had to park on the street. This seems to be more of an economy hotel. the clientele all night and early morning was loud and the walls are way thin. The staff was OUTSTANDING, nicest people yet they have some major challenges to combat with the location of the hotel and the overall experience. They were so kind and I truly appreciated them.

It was very nice experience. The staff was great. So close to the United Center. We walked there. The rooms are small.

I wish they would have renovated this building into more of a “restored to its former glory” hotel. The odd mural and cheap furniture give off a different vibe than what you would expect from the outside. The whole place needs a deep clean but overall a fine place to sleep.

Very walkable to United Center. There are a few Mexican restaurants nearby, but you'll have to Doordash or head further our for restaurants. I was traveling with my daughter and felt very safe walking to/from the Center.

Very cute, historic hotel. Friendly staff to a one. The only things that were a little tough were the size of the room for just me was pretty small, but had everything nonetheless and the wifi was terrible and cut out a lot! Otherwise, my two nights there were quite nice - I enjoyed some of the interesting guests in the lobby! I will come back for a King room next time: I saw one and it was a lot larger. Also, I think I would ask to be on ground level; maybe the wifi would be better.
