Juan and his staff were lovely who could not do enough for us. The views and location from the hotel were amazing, only 1 min walk to the beach and right in the heart of Peguera. The hotel was very clean and housekeeping were amazing. The hotel restaurant served great food at reasonable prices with exceptional service. Would absolutely stay again if visiting this part of Mallorca!

Fantastic location, room was really bright and comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the world go by. Would definitely recommend. Easy bus links right opposite to Palma and the airport. Great resort with plenty of nice bars and restaurants.

Such a Cute Place and amazing rooms. they have really tried to decorate the rooms beautifully to make you fell invited and welcome. Bed, shower, breakfast was all wonderful. We returned back to our room one day and found balloons and a card on our bed because they must have noticed on my wife's Passport that it was her BD! really loved this place.

Wonderful service I requested early check in and the owner messaged me in the morning to let me know my room was ready. Great location 1 minute walk to the beach lots of shops and restaurants around. Very quiet rooms lovely breakfast very happy with the service and stay would definitely recommend.

A fabulous family run hotel in a great location. We had a room on the 3rd floor with a sea view and lovely little balcony. Everything was immaculately clean, including the communal spaces Juan went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed and helped with booking taxis for airport transfers and advice on bus travel and places to visit. The bus stop was just over the road with direct access to Palma (a 40 mins ride) and the beautiful Port d’Andratx. Would definitely recommend

Juan and Mitchell were great hosts at the Creta hotel. It's a beautiful, well maintained hotel and they've recently invested in sound proof windows to block out the noise from the main street in front. You can tell that they pay much attention to detail and everything is in great condition. They are very helpful and provide guidance around what to do around the area. They also have a restaurant next door with great food options and at a reasonable price compared to the other restaurants around. Without hesitation I give them and the hotel a 5 star review.

A delightful family hotel, positioned literally a stone's throw from the beach. despite being located next to a busy road, we couldn't hear any noise due to double glazing. We also had a balcony with an ocean view which was amazing, and also great for having a cheeky late-night cigar and a cold one. The staff were all absolutely amazing and give it a real family-like/personal vibe as they all care for your comfort at all times. Big shout out to Juan jr. who went above and beyond when helping us with all sorts of thing that we asked for. We can't wait for next year's summer and for visiting this amazing place again!

All in all a very good hotel. The owners and staff are especially welcoming and accommodating. Perfectly situated to the high street, restaurants and a lovely sandy beach.

Lovely clean family run small hotel. Fantastic freshly cooked breakfast and all staff are eager to please. Our second time staying here and won’t be our last. Definitely recommend.

This is a lovely hotel with a very helpful and friendly owner. The service was outstanding and the rom that we had was beautifully decorated and had a lovely fitted bathroom. The balcony had a sea view. The hotel was within easy reach of several good restaurants, even in February, which will multiply in peak season. A lovely touch was that the hotel staff realised that it was my wife's birthday due to the 1 card being on the bedside table and when we returned from our 'day out', balloons, a card from the hotel and a box of chocolates awaited her on the bed. From Pagueara, you are within easy reach of many sights in western Majorca, including Palma, Palmanova, and Soller, Overall, strongly recommended.

Hotel was really lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We were impressed with how quiet it was inside the room being that the streets outside were busy and we couldn’t hear anything really. It was located right across from the beach, and on the main boulevard meaning that there are shops and restaurants in both directons that were so easy to walk to. The hotel manager Juan was wonderful, incredibly helpful and really went out of his way to make our stay the best. He arranged private transfers to and from the airport, told us the best things to do in the area, booked taxis for us and helped us with the buses for when we needed to travel out of the area. Along with his brother and father, the service was amazing and we couldn’t have asked for kinder staff. We also visited the restaurant attached to the hotel for breakfast a couple of times and food was good.

The Hotel Creta Paguera is a lovely family run hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean and we had a balcony with a sea view . The family are all very friendly and helpful and make every effort to make your holiday special.

Comfortable hotel, across the road from Paguera beach. The Hawai restaurant, owned by the hotel, is very good. The owners and family of the Creta could not be more friendly or helpful.

A wonderful small hotel 2 minutes from the lovely beach. First class service from reception at all hours and a fantastic mine of information with excellent advice and tips. Beautiful room with a balcony and sea view. Sits on busy and very interesting main street but rooms have been triple glazed so noise no problem. Highly recommended. I hope to return to Mallorca and this will definitely be my first choice hotel. Excellent restaurant attached next door. Family run business to be highly congratulated.
