Professional and attentive service. Delicious and varied breakfast buffet. Spacious and clean rooms, but the toilet had an odor and the exhaust fan was weak. The Wi-Fi for TV was weak, causing the screen to freeze while children watched. The hotel has a great location, convenient for getting around, and close to the beach.

First of all, it was "AMAZING". My family felt warmly welcomed. Everything was fantastic. From the moment we entered the lobby, staff assisted with luggage and helped us carry it to our room, we received a welcome drink, the reception staff were polite, and the check-in/check-out process was quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-equipped. The swimming pool was large, clean, and beautifully decorated with towels, divided into two areas for children and adults, making it easy for kids to play. The lifeguards at the pool were very friendly and helpful. There was a kids' area and a billiards table, but my family didn't have enough time to play. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, and the restaurant was spacious and elegant. There was free tea time, and my family tried ordering food in the lobby, which was also delicious and reasonably priced. A plus is its proximity to the Tam Thang Tower, which is perfect for a stroll, especially in the evenings when it's cool and great for taking photos. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's also close to Lotte Mart. Thank you to all the staff at Malibu for your excellence and attentiveness. Our family had a wonderful summer vacation.

The bathroom is poorly designed because it's too small; a sliding door would have been more efficient. The air conditioner is set to 22-24 degrees Celsius, but I'm still sweating because the mattress isn't breathable. A fan should be added to direct the airflow. The wooden floor creaks when walked on, and there's a strong damp smell due to the wood flooring.

One of the great, very affordable hotels I stayed at in Vung Tau. Room service and reception were excellent. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious. The pool was clean and conveniently provided plenty of towels. Worth returning to.

I just had a 2-day family vacation on March 14th and 15th. The staff were very helpful, and the space was beautiful and comfortable. Regarding check-in time: it's better to have guests check in at 2 PM, as some elderly guests, after a long trip from morning and enjoying themselves until around 1 PM, need to rest. The soundproofing was decent. Thank you!!!
