Clean room good service great location

Perfect!

Old reserve bank property, too crowded lobby and parking fee is insanely high

Everyone was friendly

I stay at this Drury at least once a year. Everytime I stop I get the friendliest people to service my needs. Especially the front desk.it is obvious that Drury goes out of their way to hire and train the most friendliest staff.

Everything and everyone was helpful and welcoming. I have a problem the expensive valet parking charge and the website not explaining the additional charges outside the Expedia charges

We walked around during the day and it felt okay I wouldn’t say “safe” nor would I go out alone. It was close enough, a half mile, to walk to Picklefest events. We made sure to be back by dinner time (between 5:30-7) while we were eating, I overheard talk of really unsafe areas nearby, from a local who worked at the hotel to a guest who was asking. It would be important for guests to research where they’re going and what is surrounding the hotel & recognizing they’re in the downtown of a city. I was happy to pay to park with valet for safety. The staff were efficient and kind to mingle with and while they were working. They were quick to ask if we needed anything and very helpful. Loved our stay here!

AMAZZZZZING staff!!! They go out of there way to make sure all is right. During dinner (dinner/drinks are complementary) the front desk staff goes around the eating area checking on every person to make sure all is going well. Stayed in many hotels, US/Europe, never seen that kindness and professionalism. What an amazing gesture!!!

It’s an old property and it was just okay. Everything smells from the elevator to the carpet and the bathroom. We booked two rooms and only stayed for a night. We based our booking on the 10/10 reviews we saw previously - It just seemed like we were at a different hotel! The worst part is the valet staff! Super rude! We have traveled to many big cities and understand how parking can be limited and we would always prefer to self park. The day we checked out from the hotel, it was pouring! We have two young children and we know the drill! I have been loading and unloading the same stuff in and out throughout our 8-day road trips and I will say that it took me five minutes or less to load that day! This valet attendant kept shouting It’s for valet, and was very impatient! We did not block anyone and was just pulled up to load our stuff and our kids! We might not have pid extra to use their valet service but aren't we guests, too? I know not everyone is born with a service mind, but it was pouring so have some mercy!

We love our stay! They offer dinner and breakfast. It’s not a beat food but not too bad. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The Drury is a very nice and very accommodating

Staff are all kind and friendly. My room in the 7th floor was great, but the hallways had a strong mold/ mildew smell. There is a large fan trying to dry out the area. I couldn’t smell or hear anything in my room, but I wish they would not have given me a room on that floor (or anyone) until they resolve the mold issue.

We loved the Drury and would definitely recommend. The people at the Drury were wonderful! So helpful, attentive and friendly. Some of the best hotel service we have experience. The hotel is clean, quiet and nice. Great location!

Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered on a trip.

This hotel is a good one if you are catching the 7:30 AM train to Philadelphia. It’s two blocks from the train station.
