Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts. Close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a lovely hotel, wish we could have stayed longer! Is a bit out of way if you aren't driving but there is a bus thay goes directly from the train station, not so good service in the evening though. Staff very friendly and room really comfy, lovely lady at breakfast remembered our hot drink order! Breakfast is quite simple but does the job.

we jad a fantastic stay. we had the room with the hot tub on the veranda which was superb. the staff were great, this is rimini so there was plenty to do and the breakfast was a great spread.the hotel itself is absolutely faultless. thanks to all the staff who made it a great experience.

Clean basic hotel. Friendly staff, reasonable breakfast, not really in Rimini it’s in riverbella, parking at the hotel should be free but isn’t. Pool is quite small. Expensive for what you get.

Everything was perfect, hotel and room were warm which was essential at this time of year, nothing really open locally but the kind gentleman called a restaurant for us to ensure it was open.. modern clean and very near to the beach

Staff friendly and very helpful, good choice for breakfast, old town 30 min walk away, however bus stop around corner from hotel and buses run every 15 mins into old town.

Nice modern hotel. Very neat and clean. FrIendly and helpful reception. Good breakfast. Room balcony overlooking sea in the distance. There is noise unfortunately despite quite good double glazing from a busy road in front connecting to motorway and a train line in the back. We tried two interconnecting family rooms, the ones on floor 2 are further way from road than those on first floor and a bit quieter although in the back room there is occasional train noise. Also had internal noise problem with rumbling motor during night in one of our rooms. Very helpful receptionist allowed me to sleep in another room after I went down to ask about noise at 1 am.

Nice clean and friendly hotel staff. The breakfast was the best we had on our travels through Italy. We will stay here again.

A fantastic stay, brand new property full of style, cool staff that was very friendly. The property is 2 min walking from the Beach, rooms are brand new with all comforts. The breakfast is something special, high Quality cappuccino that is something hard yo find. Free parking is a good plus and the wifi is working properly.

Lovely hotel about 150 meters from beach Room was spacious with great shower and separated sitting area.

Hôtel semblant être tout neuf. Bien situé, près de la mer mais excentre. Multiples choix de restauration aux alentours. Chambre confortable mais près de l accueil, donc bruyante. N avons pas aimé les 15 euros de parking alors que le parking était tout vide.

Overall a really nice hotel with good parking facilities 15€ per night. Well located next to the sea. Walking distance to the city center 2,5 kilometres. The only negative in the room was the temparatutre plus 25 degrees celvius and no aircondition , when i asked reception the answer was we are not allowef to use it yet ??
