The hotel was nice, with its direct pool view and many gardens and trees, but check-in was slow and made for a long wait. Check-in, which was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, was only available at 3:25 PM 🙈

Stayed for the Pocarirun event. The circuit is very close, but there's no streetlights from the hotel exit to the main road. The room was comfortable and the atmosphere was peaceful. The breakfast was delicious. Check-in is at 3:00, and early check-in is not possible. The staff are friendly and always greet you.

Need to improve the cleanliness of the bedroom and road access.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially for the great hospitality from the staff. Even though I couldn't find a trash bin/basket or something in the room, but it wasn't a problem. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience there.

Origin Lombok is a hidden gem. The ambiance is calm and stylish, the service is attentive, and the overall experience feels intentional and refined. A great balance between comfort, nature, and local character. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a meaningful stay in Lombok.

It’s an old hotel that has been renovated, but for the price and its claimed 4-star rating, you can definitely find better options in Lombok. We expected a nature setting, but at night there were frogs, lizards, and other animals and insects all around the property on the paths, near the rooms, even on the patio. So if you’re not comfortable with that, it can be quite challenging. The room itself felt dated, you can tell from the cabinets and bathroom. They also had a small, old TV that didn’t work it just showed a blue screen.

Location was excellent from Mandalika race track as we were there for an event. We stayed at the beautiful bamboo villa, it is one bedroom with living room and kitchen upstairs. Well equipped, and the amenities are complete. One feedback is that for Asians we really need to have toilet spray please 😊 The staff and service were excellent. We tried breakfast and loving the buffet+ala carte combo. Dinner was good with local selections (my son loved his beef rendang rice) and tasteful. Overall great experience at this hotel and will definitely come back

Dapat kamar paling ujung 😅. Ya, bagus sih cuma banyak serangga kecil, mungkin karena sebelahnya seperti semak-semak gitu ya. Sarapan-nya lumayan walau kerupuk di nasgornya ayem. Kolam renang bagus dan ada bagian untuk anak-anak. Kamar luas tapi seperti kurang perawatan. AC ga dingin. Untuk harga 700-an per malam sepertinya bisa ditingkatkan dari kebersihan kamar, cat, lantai, serta AC bisa diperbaiki.

Penginapan yang sangat bagus, makanannya bebas pilih yang ada di daftar menu, bukan hanya makanan yang di hidang saja, free, kalau ke Lombok, saya akan menginap kesini lagi
