Rooms are clean. Staff are helpful.

In the heart of the cultural areas, the Venetia is a well kept hotel with comfy rooms and lovely staff. It can be a little noisy and the pool is more an out-door bath tub but the terrace is peaceful and provides pleasant views of the city.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The room had a little kitchenette with everything you could want in it , including washing up stuff. I’ve never seen such a big closets in a hotel. Excellent bed excellent linens and towels , slippers gowns. Bathroom was well. Stocked. Iron ironing board coffee machine nice little sitting area in the room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Right on the Plaza de la Reina, which is near to just about anything you might want to walk to.. lovely rooftop, sitting area and bar with a very small pool. View from the rooftop is pretty neat too. Very close to the cathedral, the bell rings till midnight and then starts again around nine in the morning just be warned. But I’m sure anywhere around this area you’ll hear the bells.

Beautiful stay at this lovely hotel The location was perfect, all the staff are so helpful and friendly, we had an issue with our fridge and they did everything they could to sort out the problem. Thank you for the upgraded room. So looking forward to returning to the hotel. Please thank all your lovely staff, from the receptionists to Avril and Andreas fir his amazing Margarita cocktails. The best in Valencian, might I add.

A great place in a fabulous spot. Spring for a superior room and you won’t be disappointed. We really enjoyed our stay, being steps from Plaça de Reina but down a quiet side street can’t be beaten. Reception staff were lovely and friendly and the rooftop bar/sun deck are a real bonus if you want to escape the heat late afternoon.

Lovely hotel, in an excellent location! Staff very attentive, Rooftop barman Sebastian made the best cocktails we’d ever had, would highly recommend them! Breakfast staff were also excellent, great options available. The rooms were spotless and the small rooftop plunge pool/jacuzzi was a welcome addition after wandering around the city! Would 100% recommend this hotel right by the cathedral square, couldn’t fault it!

Great stay! All the staff were really friendly and the hotel was located in walkable distance to many attractions, restaurants and supermarkets. We really appreciated the small kitchenette in the room and fridge which was perfect for lunches. The pool area on the rooftop is small but great area to cool off after a day exploring the city. We would definitely return.

The hotel was very clean. It is conveniently located right in the city centre and walkable. There was a mini kitchen with a sink, microwave, mini fridge and small stovetop.

Beautiful room in a great location so close to hundreds of restaurants, the train station and shops. Staff were very friendly, it had everything we wanted.

Our stay was lovely except that there was a broken sensor in our room so we had bright orange lights that never turned off. This made it difficult to sleep and we were told they were defective upon check out. Overall, a great location and lovely rooftop bar.

Great property.Walk out the door and you're steps from a very active square and neighborhood with restaurants and shops and church. I felt very safe walking around. Carolina, at the hotel front desk was so helpful,very nice and very kind. Thank you, we didnt experience that level of kindness that often on our trip.

Fab little hotel just off one of the main squares. Lovely rooftop area and small pool. Breakfast is available with a small choice but good value for money. Only a few rooms have windows which don’t open onto enclosed light well so if you are bothered by lack of light then ask for a street facing room. Layout a little odd in the room but spacious and ok for a few days.

For some reason I could hear a lot noises such as people talking in the halls. My room was on the first floor.
