Mostly very good! Room(201)was large and linens lovely! Good TV setup and options. Great bkfst and rooftop bar! Staff service great, friendly and very accommodating. Location central to everything we needed- walked over 35 miles in the 4 days. Now the not so great- no privacy door to sink shower area located immediately inside hallway door, Glass sliding door to toilet was stuck, glass shower door also sticky and screeched when closing, towel heater did not work.

Fantastic service by staff. So helpful! Room lovely and clean. Breakfasts were fabulous!

The room was immaculate, and the staff were extremely helpful .

Staff were great, very attentive. Room was tidy and cosy, only down side was noise from the main road. Breakfast was very good, and bar was great vibe to chill. Overall a very very good stay.

We enjoyed a nice new year stay at The Clam. The room was big and prefect for us 3. We had an issue with a noice like a wash / dryer machine “ running “ on / off though out the night. Which were disturbing. It turned out with was the a/ c climatization unit installed above our bed , that when producing heating, made noice. I reported to reception . I hope they fix it. Friendly and serviceminded staff on any level, and we enjoyed our free wellcome drink on the roof top terrace/ bar.

Room was on Main Street and you could hear everything. Shower was tiny and water splashed out.

The staff was super helpful and overall very kind. The location was great (at least for our family and the activities we did). Apparently the jacuzzi was $50 for two people, so that was kind of a bummer but maybe we are just not used to that being an additional expense. Would recommend The Glam to friends or others who want a central location, friendly and helpful staff, and a clean/modern room.

Everything was great

Room was very clean, we were able to check-in around 12pm which was very much appreciated. Not a fan of having the shower and toilet in the bedroom. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was chaotic, very busy and aways running out of plates/cutlery etc. Rooftop terrace was gorgeous.
