One of our best stays in Costa Rica! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful Playa Carrillo (which I actually preferred over Sámara). From the balcony, we had a view of the pool and could even watch soccer games on the field right across the street. The Wi-Fi worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the parking – though a bit tight – was secure, with a locked gate every night. Beach chairs were provided and came in very handy for our days by the ocean! The only negatives would be the road which is right next to it, so a bit noisy sometimes. Then, the bunk beds which are not very safe because the rail of the top bunk is really small and probably wouldn't prevent a child from falling. Also note that there is no washing machine or dryer on site. But other than that, it was perfect. I recommend the place!

Excellent place! We were absolutely delighted to find this safe, well-appointed, beautifully-decorated room after a long days’ drive. Self check-in, after hours, was easy, and we found the lovely grounds and pool to be an oasis. We made our own simple dinner and had everything we needed to prepare it. Absolutely loved our stay here, and wish it were longer! We’ll be back! 💖

This was a lovely 6 unit complex. We had a family suit that had plenty of room and was well equiped. Quaint complex with a nice pool. Guests were all friendly and we afe new friends on our 9 day stay. It was about a 10-15 min walk to beach. Complex had several beach chairs and cooler bags available. Good Soda next door and groceries available very close by. Jessica who managed the place was very attentive and helpful. The only down side to this place was its proximity to the busy road which could be noisy at times.

Small but very efficient apartment within walking distance to a fabulous beach. Great shower, nice pool for kids, felt very safe. Would come back in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at Villas Welcome to Heaven. Our room was clean, and everyone was very accommodating. The beds are a little firm for me, but my kids didn’t notice! We love Carrillo and would stay here again.

Clean and nice hotel rooms in a good location about 2 minutes away from Puerto Carillo and 10 mins away from Samara!

All was good except the loud family with kids .. the noise was so bad…. There should be rules .. if you have children then it’s great. We didn’t bring the kids but wanted some form of consideration of others.

Place was super clean, friendly and quiet.

All good. Excellent service from Maria Elena and Jessica. Had everything we needed. Bonus had it all to ourselves.

Lovely smaller apartments with cute pool. Gated parking. Cute. Very clean and kind staff.

The property was beautiful and we felt safe the entire time. We even heard howler monkeys nearby. Communication was great even though there was not a contact person on site.

It is a decent place, but the staff was unsure that we had a book. They made us wait for 20 minutes, then gave us the room.

We loved this property - we stayed in an upstairs apartment with kitchen and it was very comfortable - staff were approachable and helpful - playa Carillo is amazing - beautiful. Our family thoroughly loved this stay!
