The property was in a good location and comfortably slept 5 people. We chose it for those reasons and because it had a washer and dryer but the washer and dryer kept tripping the electric system every 10-30 minutes while it was running. They weren’t able to send anyone to fix it until after we checked out and weren’t able to offer another place to stay when it was very hot there. Fortunately, my spouse is good at troubleshooting and got the electrical system running again, but we couldn’t leave because we had to reset the breaker too often so it ruined our opportunity to see more of Lisbon the night we were there.

The apartment was immaculate, spotless, and exceptionally clean. I’ve never been to a place so spotless. They even set up a baby crib, high chair, and utensils. The place exudes a cozy, homey atmosphere. If you’re interested in cooking, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this place to friends and family.

This place was huge, really cute and located in a nice neighboorhood. The communication with the host was fluid and easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location and communication was excellent

We like the clean rooms, the location, the balcony, the shuttle service. We didn't like the squeakiness noise of the up level floor. a bit too loud. however we would love to come back, it is pretty nice. thank you!

The flat is very lovely, the rooms are nice and big, we got a nice gift box with jam, honey, crackers, coffee ect and a bottle of wine. They have thought about everything even giving earplugs as there is a little market across the road from the flat that have people there till 11pm on saturday it's later so it's a lively area, lots of food places to eat and drink, great place for transport; bus, tram and Lisbon hop on hop off bus. Is the top of the hill but easy to walk downhill to get to Chiado that has supermarkets and shopping.

Very disappointing experience. The day before check-out, our access code suddenly became invalid, which was extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the hair dryer broke that same night. We contacted the property and were clearly told that a replacement would be delivered by 9:00 AM the next morning. Based on this, both my daughter and I washed our hair and waited from 9:00 AM as instructed. Despite multiple follow-up messages, we kept receiving the same response: “soon” or “it’s on the way.” However, the replacement did not arrive until 10:45 AM, almost two hours later. This poor communication and lack of reliability seriously affected our morning plans and left both of us waiting with wet hair for far too long. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience.

This is a lovely large apartment with a beautiful view. It is very comfortable and great communication with staff.

Nice apartment in a lovely neighbourhood, with lots of bars and restaurants. Only downside of that is a lot of noise into the early hours.

We loved the apartment! And it was in a great location. The only negative was how loud it was at night. Because this apartment is in an area with a lot of nightlife, we could hear loud groups of people until 2, 3, 4am. So it was a little hard to sleep

Our family had a superb stay at the residence. The location was excellent for exploring Lisbon and we enjoyed the many cafes and restaurants in the area. The suite itself was beyond our expectations - equipped with everything you could ask for: exceptionally clean, welcome basket, comfortable beds, easy access. Highly recommend.

Super location. Super welcome. There was a beautifully set table with welcome gifts. Very comfortable beds. The bathroom was good for our group. The second toilet was more of a half closet but still great have. There was a balcony with a great view over the summer festivities also AC worked great! .

Excellent location , spacious appartment, comfortable beds, very good communication. Only minor issue: Regular check in at 16:00 is too late and check out at 10:00 is too early.
