They didn’t clean the room until I called reception, additionally, the safe box didn’t work The staff was kind of rude when I called to ask for the cleaning of the room

There is no continental breakfast, you have to pay for it

Very Wide Room at the Entry. There are 2 elevators. 1 for the Lobby and reception and 1 for the Rooms at that level. Little surprise of not to have the reception at the entry. Nice Location.

Beds where uncomfortable, sheets or rough as well as pillows, did not sleep well. Room was dirty and breakfast wasn't great 6/10

The floor was dirty, the walls had stains on them.

I feel so dissatisfied the front desk people never told us about the free transportation also the breakfast was not good keep running out of everything the coffee machine always went out of coffee the table not clean

Nice location

It was quick overnight roadtrip, but everything was great! The staff was very helpful when needed. Will definitely be going back soon.

Very nice hotel. Convenient access for driving, with good food and shopping options only a short walk.

Pésimo servicio en Recepción, Personal mal entrenado … había un camión reparando anuncio exterior de hotel e impedía entrada estacionamiento por más de 1 hora , se avisó a recepción, no están enterados ni hicieron nada , en pocas plabras dieron a entender ese no es mi problema .. además en la regadera huele a drenaje

The parking lot underground is a big issue. It is very narrow and it goes down/up as spiral. My truck got a scratched on the passenger side due to being very narrow and not enough light.

It was great, the room was clean, ir is a good hotel, has the proper accomodations for a sleep over
