When we arrived at the hotel to check in after a long day of travelling and running around, we are in informed at the front desk that they had no hot water, and they were unsure of when it would be repaired given that it was a long weekend. Nobody had phoned or emailed to give us notice when we could’ve had some time to find another hotel And there was no compensation offered other than a full refund for a very big inconvenience. I would not even bother to book here again don’t waste your time.
