Upscale resort, great restaurants, beautiful pools, rooms were superb

Excellent all inclusive resort, with lovely staff. 2 family friendly pools, amazing restaurants. We had such a relaxing time and the ocean facing room had a beautiful view.

Property was beautiful. We never left. My child loved the kid’s club. Food at Sin Lin was the best. The ceviche bar was delicious too. The grill and the churros and ice cream and the coffee bar were all fun choices. The disappointing food was breakfast and lunch buffet at Azul which was bland and not up to the dining standards of the other restaurants. The hotel was all inclusive which is so nice. We were told tips were included but every check had a section to add more. Not knowing how much of the all inclusive went to the tips - it was hard to know how much more to add. Felt like many of the staff were hoping for more. Seems like when we’re spending that much money - we shouldn’t have to think about adding more tips. That would be my biggest complaint. The other annoying thing is that I asked for healthy snacks in the mini bar and I was told they would get back to me - but never did. Other than that - it really is a special place.

We had an amazing stay at Grand Velas. The food and drink was 10/10. All areas of the property well maintained, friendly staff, great pool side service and gorgeous views.

The staff were beyond amazing—attentive, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a perfect stay. The resort grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, well-maintained, and offer a true luxury feel. My butler ( Antinio) was exceptional, anticipating my needs before I even had to ask. Every detail, from check-in to check-out, was seamless. Now, let’s talk about the food—WOW! When they say “all-inclusive,” they truly mean everything is included. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner to premium drinks, I was blown away by the variety and quality. Every meal was a delightful experience with top-notch ingredients and world-class presentation. One of the biggest surprises was the Spa—absolutely worth it! The treatments were incredibly relaxing, and the atmosphere was pure bliss. Overall, this resort offers the ultimate luxury getaway with outstanding service, stunning surroundings, and a true all-inclusive experience (no hidden costs!). I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a worry-free vacations

Grand Velas was absolutely fabulous! We brought our 3 kids and we were spoiled from day one. Our personal concierge Blair was phenomenal. Friendly, professional and attentive to anything we needed. Typically we avoid all inclusive resorts because we enjoy higher quality dining and drinks - we decided to try Grand Velas based on other great reviews and we are so glad we did! We also have to give a shout out to Isabella who served us by the pool, she was fantastic!

This was our second time here and it was another perfect family vacation. You seriously can’t get a better all inclusive resort than this. Our personal concierge Antonio went above and beyond for our family and he truly helped make our stay incredible. Highly recommended this place for a family trip with children. Perfect for all ages.

Extraordinary service. Catered to our every need, including dietary restrictions. Lovely pool area. Grand class corner suite had stunning view and private plunge pool. On-site restaurants were generally very good, and Cocina de Autor was outstanding.

We stayed here for a short stay. Everything was beautiful. The staff were so helpful and nice people, the food available was great with so much choice. What a hotel for anyone to experience!
