Location is good. Service is good. Staff is so kind. But when I am in room, I heard next door open and close all the night. Cleanliness is okay.

Convenient transportation near tourist attractions A lot of hotel snacks, 7-11 are just below the hotel.

The staff reception bad attitude, bad service, bad experience totally unsatisfied

The hotel is easy to find, walking from the station for a while, not very far, but some days that walk a lot are tired. A lot of food to eat. Near the South, there are 7 tea shops, 50 fried chicken, 1973, walking a short distance to the first milk tea in the legend of Shinsui. It's very close to many. Suggestions. Not too busy.

The bed is so hard and we're not able to sleep well.

There are part of the room that was unclean like the curtains and the carpets. Need renovations of the facilities.

It's quite close to the MRT, it's a lot of snacks. For the room itself it's quite good but the mattress is rather hard, the bathroom is quite good. There isn't much to get but that's okay

The hotel is very clean and quiet. attentive and caring staff. slightly old but clean facilities; near shopping and dining areas 500m from Taipei Main Station, very convenient to move to other areas will come in many times to come. Good deals
