Staff were fantastic. Rooms were generous and clean. Shower was like bathing under a waterfall. Breakfast was amazing as well. The only negative was the underground parking. A medium sized truck needed to do yoga to escape.

Front desk muito lentos. Pedi cobertor e demorou quase duas horas para entregar no quarto. Aa vezes tinha fila na recepção ,porem somente um atendente,mesmo muitas vezes alguma outra pessoa do staff passando por L,como se nada fosse. Simone e Edna da co,inha são nota 1000.

Fantastic staff and location.

I have been in many hotels both in the U.S. and Brasil and it seems that this hotel has thought of about everything to make a stay comfortable - the room was spacious, with the A.C. working great and the best hot shower pressure ever. The staff were thoughtful and the breakfast was great (bacon in the eggs was special). I would only ask for cable TV with CNN.

Ótimo apartamento, muito confortável. Fomos muito bem acolhidos pela equipe, que está de parabéns pelo excelente atendimento. O café da manhã é maravilhoso e vale muito a pena. Recomendo o hotel, não vão se arrepender!

Quarto não possui vedação ao som da avenida na frente da propriedade,sua garagem é de difícil manobra para SUVs

Excelente espaço de quarto, café da manhã e ducha de chuveiro. Precisando rever apenas a opção de travesseiro.

Quarto bem limpo, equipe educada e prestariva , gostei muito ,infelizmente não pude tomar café da manhã pois tive que sair de madrugada ( uma sugestão seria um café da manhã para quem sai bem bem cedo).

Manutenção precisa melhorar, porta do banheiro toda descascando. Travesseiros sem fronha….
