The room had a strong smell. It was hard to sleep. Had to open the window.

Thin walls, very loud as soon as other guesses open doors or use the hallway. I finally drove to gas station to get earplugs around midnight, then slept good

We had an accessible room except none of the door buttons worked so it made it incredibly difficult for my partner. A regular door would have been significantly easier. The door was heavy and strongly hinged so it actually made it harder. There was a roll in shower which was great except no bench which makes that feature pretty useless. Lastly the towels were all stained which was a bit off putting. We didn’t expect a luxury stay but we were definitely disappointed, n particular with the accessibility features. The staff was lovely upon checking and the outside of the property was clean and seemed secure.

The location is beautiful, staff were nice too. The room was clean and enough space but not too spacious. There was no hot water in the morning but was okay enough to take shower. Make sure you either ask for new shampoo and soap from the front desk or bring your own. The shampoo and conditioner were expired 2 years ago. They have pub and a liquor store at the ground level so expect loud music and people chatting loudly, the rooms were not sound proof so you will hear pretty everything from people walking in the corridors and talking. But, to be honest in that price we couldn’t ask for anything better than what we got. It was a decent place in a nutshell.

Clean and newly renovated bathroom. The queen size room is extremely small. Narrow hallways, an old hotel that is passable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found the room to be clean and as expected, small. Unfortunately, the experience was disrupted during the night. Around 4:00 a.m., two individuals began yelling in the corridor, and the disturbance continued for about 30 minutes. It only stopped after I warned that I would call the police.

My only concern was that the two Queen beds were too much for the size of the room. you could not access the bed from one side on either bed.. we are a couple that have been married for 53 years and always sleep in one bed. with only one bed in the room and a couple of comfortable chairs we would have been much happier.

The staff was friendly and I heard it could be noisy but the bar was closed so really peaceful and quiet

It is clean and comfortable considering the good price and great location which is close to bars, restaurants, groceries and Whistler Ski resorts.

The price was right for an older hotel. It’s nothing fancy , but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The add did not mention that some of the rooms are above a bar. We stayed Wednesday to Friday and there was no noise from the bar ..

You will see my cleanliness rating is low. This is not because the hotel is dirty, in fact it is clean of any dirt or bacteria. The problem is they use very strong industrial chemicals to clean and the smell in the rooms is overwhelming. It is very difficult to sleep at night and we had to keep the windows open in the middle of winter. The staff are very nice and do their best. But the showers sometimes do not work. The rooms are very small. No closets. Pillows and beds are very average. It is affordable but you do pay the price when it comes to comfort.

There is a buzz that the fridge in our room made, that was quite loud. For one night it was ok

I stayed two nights in one bedroom facing the back of the building. The room was clean and I was surprised that the garbage was emptied and towels changed after the my first night. I did not hear any loud noise or disturbances during my midweek stay. The personal was very courteous.

Clean room, great value

Basic convenient affordable and very clean accommodation close to Whistler with free parking and very friendly staff. Very quiet while we were there because the pub wasn’t open. The heater in the room is a bit noisy, but earplugs helped. Covers are very thin, but we had blankets in our car to supplement. Nice to have a fridge in the room.
