I booked four rooms, and one of them was terrible. The sofa was broken, the cleaning wasn't thorough, the floor was wet, and the sheets had only just been pulled into the corners. Seeing it as soon as I entered, I almost wanted to change rooms. It took a lot of effort to get them to change it; the staff were almost unconvinced. I had to bring the pictures to the room to confirm the condition, and we argued for minutes. Even then, they insisted that this was the condition after cleaning.

The accommodation is in a great location with parking, convenient for sightseeing. The staff are all lovely, and the rooms are reasonably priced for extended stays. It's ideal for those with temporary business in Bangkok, as Chokchai 4 has many food options. Highly recommended!

The walls might be a bit thin; I could hear animals howling. The water was very hot when I showered during the day, but overall the room was beautiful.
