Beautiful comfy rooms in a convenient location

The tub in our bathroom needed to be unclogged as it was not draining. The AC unit in our room kept showing an error code and would not stay on - on either the fan or the AC. The issue could not be resolved so the option of a potable fan was offered to us. The breakfast area was disgusting and unclean, and the food options weren't appealing (frozen scrambled liquid eggs heated in the microwave and dumped into the serving container. This was done in front of guests and should have been done in the back prep area). The counters in the breakfast area were full of crumbs, spills and unwanted food items- it literally takes 30 secs to wipe the counters! We saw 2 breakfast attendants completely ignore how untidy/unclean the area was. The tables weren't much better as guests were having to remove garbage, leftover food, and glasses themselves before sitting at their chosen table - this should be a top priority for the kitchen attendants! First impressions make a huge difference.

Well appointed Hotel at this price point. Rooms are well set up the storage cleaning and efficient. I have the waterslide for young people or just people who want to sit Pool aside and relax. Some retail in the area and easy access to downtown through public transit. Four people in the room I did not feel cramped.

The while experience was great. The kids had a blast in the pool and slide. Staff were amazing as well. Room was very comfortable.

great overall

Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city.

Terrible when you didn’t done the reservation with them….,,thought Expedia or an other apps their staff they don’t care ,they keep selling the room for others and when you get their they give you a different room you didn’t reserved.

rooms are cleaned every other day - but you can call to do it daily . Breakfast ok coffee was hot Check in staff was friendly No security check as to who enters the hotel the elevator has no restriction - to open to all -enter to the floor without using the room card . location is good for us to be closed to family

Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked.

booked an extra night because I arrived early, stayed for 2 other night, my room was not cleaned the entire time I was there. I left some belongings there and never got them back after asking for someone to respond to my call.
