Pros: Close to the BTS station, a 7-11 convenience store at the beginning of the street, and a decent matcha tea shop called Mitch right next to the hotel (I saw many office workers drinking there and ordering Grab), free access. The room is spacious but has mosquitoes. It has a large wardrobe and a large mirror. Cons: On the first day, I was a bit shocked by the staff (they sat on the sofa where guests wait, and collected a 500 baht deposit). I booked a room with two single beds but received a room with one double bed. They didn't even provide towels on the last night. I stayed for four nights and it seemed like they didn't change the bedsheets or pillowcases. There's no soundproofing. There's no kettle in the room, so there's no coffee or tea (if you want to drink it, you have to wait in the lobby because they keep it there).

The accommodation is near BTS Surasak, making travel convenient. The room is large and well-divided, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The Wi-Fi password is quite complicated. The staff are helpful.

Three must-have items are fulfilled: literally in front of the BTS, Surasak station. 20m away from 7-Eleven, that takes care of food and amenities 😊, and easy access for Grab or Bolt cars to pick up.... All in all... Location, location, location.

I chose this hotel, and the management assigned me room 413. It looked nice and the price was okay, so I booked it without thinking much. But when I actually checked in, the room was full of old things. There were strange noises at night, making it almost impossible to sleep from late until morning. One person even said they heard unusual noises. Finally, I couldn't take it anymore, so after one night, we moved to a different room.
