It was a convenient place to stay for an early flight.

The hotel was not in the prettiest, most touristy part of town but it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT for attending concerts at the Palacio de Deportes without having to deal with traffic coming and going and parking, and the breakfast was ridiculously delicious, both the American and Mexican versions. In-house restaurant was also yummy... their enchiladas were great. The rooms and common areas of the hotel were scrupulously clean. My room faced the inner courtyard and was very quiet and comfortable. All of the staff were unfailingly friendly and polite and eager to help. Highly recommend. 10/10 would stay again during another event!!

I liked the hotel very much. Everything was perfect. The location was excellent since it was just a block away from the stadium GNP Seguros where my grandson and I went to Lady Gaga's show.

I would like to report, a worker at the reception, the name is Mr. Pardo, he didn’t give us the right directions at our arrival. We are very unhappy. With the services of This hotel will never go there. Again.

This was actually my first time staying at this hotel because I believed it was of good quality. However, the shuttle service was very disappointing. When I asked them to pick up my family and me, we had to wait over an hour, which is especially difficult when you have a one-year-old baby. I ended up having to pay for an Uber. My son's room had cockroaches and bedbugs. They did give us another room, but it was small and the blankets were stained.

Todo muy bien, callado, tranquilo y fácil acceso del aeropureto al hotel. Comentario sobre las almohadas.. no sé si sean la mejor opción para nosotros los huespedes ya que son muy duras y no suaves para descansar.

Location is very convenient while traveling on Disney Cruise. Little Italy and Seaport Village for eating and shopping is so close. The hotel is dated and staff not very accommodating. Stayed 2 nights at Wyndham and then moved to Hampton Inn 1 block away and was so much better . Cleaner, friendly and better value.

We wanted a nice, safe place to stay close to the airport. Everything was fantastic from the friendly staff to the super spacious and clean rooms.

No complaints

The staff is excellent. Warm inviting and professional. From the Airport pickup to the cleaning staff, everyone smiles and greets you, asking if you need anything. The rooms are clean and comfortable, not to mention well designed. We loved our stay!
