Room was perfect but the wait at the airport should not have had taken them 1.45 hours to come get us.

Clean room, excelent service, location

The room was very clean. They had must of the amenities. The shampoo in the shower was missing. The room was facing the street and it was very noisy the entire night. The restaurant served a filet mignion that look like just a regular steak.

Staff was great, room was large and clean, bed was soft and comfortable! Glad I found this place!

Yes the shuttle had a regular service time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned daily.

The location was the perfect place as it was a 7 minute walk to the race track for F1! The room was clean and had Dove products for hand soap, lotion, body wash and shampoo which were great. The breakfast buffet was superb. There was such a good variety to choose from. The only issue was that there was no syrup for the pancakes & French toast. They had coffee makers for making espresso drinks. We would definitely stay here again if attending an event at the track.

Es la primera ocasión en mi vida en la que llego a un hotel donde en la puerta hay un portero que prohíbe la entrada a cualquier persona que te acompañe al lobby, tal cual si se tratara de un portero de bar de mala muerte; aunado al hecho que desde que haces check in te ponen una pulsera amarilla para identificar que seas huésped del hotel. En la vida regresaré a ese sitio, además que el “restaurante” se ve sobrepasado. No recomiendo este hotel para nada.
