Nice and comfort hotel. The food and beverage is very good, when I ask for ginger coffee, the chef made it special for me. It's amazing moment to stay at Four Points by Sheraton. Surrounded by luxurious mall.

Whenever I’m at Sub I always stay in Fourpoints. The smell is so nice and I feel welcome. All is TOP.

Upgraded to a Suite, but downgraded on hygiene. It's a shame, staying in a supposedly premium Suite room, but finding the previous guest's personal trash (eyelash residue) in the amenity box. How can I be sure other areas like the bathtub or sheets are clean if even such a small detail escapes the housekeeping team? Management should have more stringent quality control before handing over the rooms. Not worth the upgrade.

The hotel staff are all friendly. It's the best hotel if you want to shop in TP. Strategic location, just a few steps away.

We stayed with four children, and were offered an additional discounted breakfast if purchased at check-in. The hotel is located in the middle of the mall, so just go downstairs. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is varied, with a predominance of local dishes, and some of the dishes are delicious. All the staff are friendly :)

I've stayed here 3 times and I have no regrets whatsoever... Mrs. Lena came to see me at breakfast, we chatted a lot, asked how the food tasted, brought me healthy juice, the whole family feels comfortable and is a regular here, check-in before 2 o'clock is allowed... In short, the Four Points Tunjungan Plaza hotel 👍

Every time we vacation in Surabaya, we always stay at the Four Points Tunjungan Plaza Hotel. This comfortable and family-friendly hotel is perfect for the four of us, as the bed and room are large enough for the four of us. The hotel's location is strategically located in the city center, with direct access to Tunjungan Plaza, which was our primary consideration. The check-in process by Ms. Audrey was very fast, and check-out was also hassle-free. All the staff were very welcoming, especially Mr. Alvin, Ferly, and Syafiq, who provided super friendly service. We felt like we were being taken care of everything we needed. Likewise, the room cleaners were patient and always provided for our needs throughout our 3-day stay. Thank you also to Chef Fiki for sharing his dragon fruit fried rice cooking knowledge, and the promise of his delicious yellow sauce salmon papeda. Next year, we will definitely be back at the Four Points Tunjungan Plaza.

hotel room is quite small, cant add extra bed to the twin beds room and no direct link to the mall, has to go out of hotel but the tunjungan mall is just right next to it. pool was okay, breakfast has many variety too.
