Absolutely fabulous stay. Every single member of staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a deluxe double which was spacious and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. As the hotel is a short walk from the centre it was extremely quiet. The garden looked lovely and would be welcome in the summer months Everything was perfect.

Front desk staff were friendly, but unwilling to help with any problems. "It's the hotel policy" is not a good reason to assist a guest.

The stay was very good ! Very helpful staff! Only one thing and that’s the breakfast was a little disappointing due to the small variety of items! A toaster or toast would be nice! Scrambled egg also ! The butter was soiled!

Great hotel within walking distance of major attractions. Bed was comfortable and the room was decent sized. There's also a grocery store down the street which was convenient. I was hoping for a bit more character since this is a former monestary, which was the primary reason for the booking. If I visit Den Bosch again I would probably select a hotel closer to the city center.

This hotel is an ex-convent and is an absolute gem to stay in. Good sized rooms, helpful staff and "just a little bit different". The location is walking distance to the main station and very close to shops and restaurants.

A quiet location, with a lovely park close by. A nice room with a very comfortable bed. A small fridge with two bottles of sparkling water was much appreciated. Not enough storage space, even just some hooks on the doors would have been helpful. Noise from the room above disturbed our sleep.

overall hotel and location were great. However room was small for the amount of money, and there was no airco and it was hot.. uncomfortably. Second, i asked if breakfast was included and the answer was ‘yes it had been booked’ .. turns out that does not mean it is included? so paid a lot of extra money for a not so great breakfast. Would have preferred to go into the city for breakfast

De Soete Moeder is a small modern hotel created inside a former convent building. Rooms are comfortably sized with excellent bathrooms and showers, and a good breakfast is served in the dining room. The hotel is about 15 minutes walking distance from the Markt and thus not as convenient to restaurants, shops and historic sites as more centrally located hotels. However, the hotel has a pleasant quiet courtyard where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner, and is just across the street from a large park with walking paths and a small zoo. What is most special about De Soete Moeder is its mission to train young people for jobs in the hospitality industry. It is clear that a strong emphasis is placed on customer service. All the personnel, from the reception desk to the kitchen and dining staff, are extremely friendly and welcoming and appear to genuinely enjoy their jobs.
