Well it 's not that bad. Very quiet, clean, but OK for one night. More than that would be depressing. Breakfast Breakfast is very very basic.

confusing lobby entrance but nice check in staff. unhelpful lobby entrance staff when looking taxi. breakfast standard. room clean. thin room walls so a bit noisy sometimes.

Located on the entrance of Sukhumvit Soi 5, was the reason why we chose this hotel. Just a few steps to Nana BTS station, it's perfect as Skytrain is our preferred transportation model. The hotel itself is very clean. The corridor, the room, the bed, the bathroom, all perfect. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The concierge will help you with your luggage. Need a quick bite? McDonald is open 24 hours just next to the hotel, and it has a connecting door from the hotel lobby. On the other side, there is an open 24 hours supermarket, so you don't need to worry if you need something in the middle of the night. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Grand 5 Hotel & Plaza Sukhumvit. Thumbs up!!

I couldn't check in until 3pm, been waiting at the hotel lobby since 1.45 pm. They said that they were fully booked last night and all the rooms are still being cleaned. Otherwise it's good, just need to be prepared with this kind of situation in the future. HTH

The environment is not friendly.

The hotel is located in the Arab district and not far from the shopping area. The staff are very good. But there are disadvantages The bathroom is sexy. Suitable for couples or single occupants rather than non-intimate guests. Overall considered very good.

The hotel is located at the center of Bangkok, and very close to a sky train station. So it saved lots of travel time to visit places in the city. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and mini marts which makes it easy to find food and all amenities. The room and the hotel is clean, the hotel employees are very friendly and helpful.
