Great breakfast and was included in room price and served till noon. Rugs in both rooms needed cleaning. Rooms are small but have good amenities like great shower quality, toiletries and face towels

The front desk/concierge staff is helpful w reservations and recommendations but inconsistent because there seems to be a new staff team daily. The rooms are well appointed and cute but small while having adequate amenities. The rugs in rooms are badly stained and need cleaning. The shower was nice-good space, water temp and pressure with a hand held shower too. Beds are comfortable including nice sheets. The location is ideal in Ibiza town with a taxi station right across street but windows are not sound proofed and it’s in a loud busy area so I used ear plugs and a sound app.

Beautiful, stylish hotel in an amazingly central and convenient location to old town, and the port for island exploring. Staff are wonderfully helpful. So happy we picked this for our trip.

The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. It did eventually get fixed. As a very nice gesture, we were gifted with a bottle of cava and a charcuterie tray, however, it was left in our room on our last night when we were out to dinner and we had a cab, which was arranged by the hotel, picking us up at 5:30 AM. I’m not quite sure why they waited to the end of our stay while we’re at dinner to leave it. Also, we were told they were not able to go into our room legally to check the water, however they were able to go into our room to leave the generous gift which we thought was odd.

We had a fantastic couples stay over Easter. The hotel is beautifully designed and kept in pristine conditions. Room and amenities were great. Staff very kind and helpful. Breakfast was of a really high quality, with e.g. freshly squeezed juice - though note that it’s not a buffet and thus the selection is somewhat limited. The restaurant was also delicious, and portions abundant - I loved the tagliolini… Shame the rooftop was not yet open. Location is absolutely the best in town. Note the hotel does not have a gym

Very comfortable, clean and great breakfast. Well located in / on the edge of the old town and right next to the ferry port so very convenient if you’re planning to catch the ferry to Formentera.

Thoughtfully refurbished characterful hotel in heart of Ibiza. Stayed in “Var De Rey” room, which was spacious and beautifully decorated, with large bathroom. Great view. Extremely comfortable bed. Parking in downtown Ibiza can be difficult (and expensive!), but free parking only a 10-12 minute walk away at Parquing Es Gorg.
