Very convenient

Nice hotel. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast included. Restaurant options somewhat limited, but located at walkable distance to a large shopping mall w/ many other restaurant options. Excellent staff, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. We stayed for 10 days and plan on returning.

This property has large rooms. Very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ribeirão Preto is somewhat remote. So this place is a gem. You can tell because a lot of business people stay there

It’s nice but everything is closed due to the pandemic. The pool and restaurant are closed but they offer free breakfast and room service which is nice. Portions are big (even for an American). The food is good.

Great hotel, brand new, great breakfast, easy access to malls, shopping, and restaurants.

Front desk staff in my opinion was non welcoming.

Nice clean room. Delicious breakfast. There are good restaurants near the hotel. Only the mattress is uncomfortable to me.
