Clean room, but typical small Euro room. People working at hotel were friendly and helpful. Good place to stay in Northeim

Best place to stay in Northeim by far.

Hotel Schere is the best place to stay in Northeim. Unless you are willing to travel to Gottingen, this is the best option. Rooms are generally comfy and for European standards larger. Showers can be a bit tight but htats to be expected.

Very nice hotel in the Center of town , friendly staff and a good restaurant for breakfast and evening meal - local parking is free outside of working hours (9-5) . Clean and comfortable, downside was limited English channels on the TV but that was a small thing

nice and pleasant stay only down fall there was no kitchen facilities due to ongoing building work, We feel We should have been pre warned of this or a gesture of goodwill from the hotel could have been made!.

Great location. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating. Our room even had a terrace which was a nice touch.

No AC in the room and couldnt sleep well. I left very early and I was promised a lunch box instead of breackfast but nothing was there.

The stay in the hotel/Restaurant Schere was amazing. Lovely people, charming flair, great food and a beautiful old town with "Fachwerk" Houses a marketplace and an all around nice atmosphere. Great for couples with or without dogs who love to take an evening walk through an old town.

Wir hatten ein komfortables Zimmer mit reichlich Platz in einem sehr schönen Hotel. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Dejligt ophold på hyggeligt hotel. Sengen var komfortabel, men madrasserne var slidt, og vi sank ned i hovedenden. Vær opmærksom på, at nogle værelser vender direkte ud mod kirketårnet, som ringer hvert kvarter fra kl 6-22. Lækker, rigelig morgenmad og god service.

Für unseren Konzertabend in der Waldbühne perfekt! Aber das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte dringend ein paar Modernisierungen!

Vom Inhaber geführtes Hotel, war an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück und abends in der Bar, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, passt vielleicht zum Altstadt Charme....von Northeim

Es herrscht eine freundliche und gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es gibt eine Bar, in der man den Abend nach einem Konzertbesuch auf der Waldbühne ausklingen lassen kann. Der Chef ist überall vor Ort und immer freundlich.
