This hotel is located in the centre of Helsinki (two streets from the City Hall and harbour). The staff are very good and friendly - all speak fluent English. The rooms, whilst excellent, are very modern in design. The breakfast has a large variety of options. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great customer service and location. Mika was wonderful!! He worked hard to make us happy and comfortable during our stay. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Would definitely stay there again. The hotel is convenient located near many tourist attractions.

They charged me 3 nights even I told them I can't travel due to a force majeure issue on my visa. Horrible.

Breakfast was very delicious with a lot of choices.Room was clean and bed was very comfortable to sleep.Location is perfect for explore major attractions on feet.Staff was welcomed and you cal leave luggage no charge if arriving before check in time.

Staff so nice and professional. Near to many places and convenient for transport and restaurants and even a grocery store. Best hair dryer ever! Comfy bed. Breakfast so healthy and filling.

The front desk staff in this hotel is super star. During check-in they went out of the way to explain things to look for in the city.

The staff was terrific. They custom made our breakfast when we had to leave early. If you’re going to Helsinki this is the place to stay!

Amazing breakfast

Horrible construction noise from 7am onwards. Was surprised it was not highlighted by Expedia or in any review. Loosing trust on Expedia. Our holidays were ruined:(

I was looking forward to our stay at F6. The location is fantastic. The rooms are dark and have odd shapes. The bathrooms are nice with a full sized shower, fully enclosed. We were disappointed that our room was not cleaned after our first night. The receptionist had no logical reason why our room was not cleaned, although she tried to say we asked for it not to be cleaned. The breakfast is fine although it had very limited hot items. The Lobby bar was not open on either night (it’s closed on Sunday but should be open on Monday) with no explanation. Overall, it’s the location that makes this hotel desirable.

Great location off Esplanade and in city center. Breakfast options were healthy and organic. Nice touch to offer guests bikes to tour city.

I had a great stay. It was a nice boutique experience. The staff were incredibly kind, and I received a room upgrade upon arrival. There were some snack and drink options in the mini bar. The tv was able to stream Netflix, however, the other apps wouldn’t work. Although there was construction going on, the street that the hotel is on seemed pretty chill, while being just one block from esplanadi. Soundproofing seemed good, or I just got lucky with quiet neighbors. My only complaint is that they should create cooler, more customized hotel keys :)

This hotel was very nice, convenient location and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was a touch of luxury to everything - from the heated bathroom floors to the Finnish designs on the coffee cups at the generous breakfast. This hotel made our stay in Helsinki comfortable and very memorable.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff were helpful and friendly. There is construction going on next door so there is some noise during the day. The breakfast was excellent. The only draw back is we could not cool the room below 18 and our room had no window to open.
