Nice hotel

It was perfect except there was no AC.

No coffee in the room. No shampoo or conditioner. No complimentary water. Breakfast was good but—Very expensive breakfast at 25 euros.

The bathroom shower was not safe! The shower head was very high on a very high ceiling. Hence water went everywhere. But the worst was the fact that the shower floor was extremely slippery. Thankfully we did not fall!!!!

Lovely hotel and town. A little expensive in the restaurant but you get what you pay for! Can’t fault hotel in any way.

Had a good time. Room felt very spacious and modern. Welcomed the complimentary non-alcoholic drinks when I arrived. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would choose again and hopefully have enough time to also visit the wellness area.

Great place to stay, excellent hotel and reastaurant

On visiting friends in the neighbourhood we always stay the first night in Hotel Hafen! Excellent harbour location and stylish group of new and restored buildings - a treat!

Great room with a fantastic harbour view.

We were SO happy we chose this hotel! Our room was huge and had TWO windows looking over the harbor and the biggest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel. There was also a lovely sitting area with two chairs and a table in front of the TV. Because of the noise from the street we couldn't keep our windows open, but they provided us with a fan to see us cool! Parking was affordable and inside. It was an easy walk to shopping and dining. My only complaint was the price of breakfast (25 Euros per person), which was too steep for our wallets. Would highly recommend them again!

Exceptional Location and nice hotel

Amazing 2-night stay at this lovely hotel! Perfect location on (next to) the water. Friendly and helpful staff, and beautifully decorated rooms. I very much appreciated the eco-friendly touches throughout!

Værelse i god stand og meget venligt personale. Vi var dog mindre imponerede over restauranten hvor vi spiste både middag og morgenmad. Retterne var ikke smagsmæssigt godt afstemte, der indgik stort set rødbede i alle retter, og traditionelle retter var dekonstruerede uden at de vandt i smag. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig og ting som røræg og pandekager var tørre og over tilberedt.
