It was great to stay at a hotel that I can recommend wholeheartedly! First, it is in an unbeatable location, just a block away from the Placa do Comercio, right at the edge of the Tagus River. The room itself was bursting with amenities. They have pretty much everything you can imagine, even a free bottle of water and two small bottles of juice (apple and orange). I also really enjoyed the room's design - it is funky and colorful. Other thoughtful touches included two windows, a super comfy chair, plenty of outlet ports, and a small guide book on Lisbon. It felt like home. If I had to critique one thing, it was that the staff generally were not very helpful or social. When I was checking out in the morning, the two staff members kept me waiting for a good 15 minutes. It might be bad timing, but they didn't even make eye contact with me to at least acknowledge that they were keeping me waiting for what should be a simple process. One exception to this staff issue was Tiago - a night front desk staff who was super friendly and helpful. He was the only one that smiled while interacting with me and provided helpful recommendations for nearby food and things to do. Staff like Tiago are indispensable for creating a lasting positive memory of the hotel, as they are the first and last thing you interact with. Anyways to conclude, highly recommend this hotel for its value, unbeatable location, and incredible room amenities for your visit to Lisbon.

Great location. The breakfast was had limited choices and not worth the €20.

Modern property with great tub/shower. I could hear everything outside ; even footsteps from guest above our room. There was dust under the desk and top of table. Poor lighting and tv didn’t work.

Very nice hotel. There are some Ronaldo signature jerseys in the lobby. Room is well decorated as well. Got upgraded to deluxe room too, which was excellent. Although it’s facing the streets, it is quiet at night. Bed is comfortable and bathroom is spacious. Breakfast however costs 18€. Didn’t try so don’t know the quality. Welcome drink at the Inverse CR7 bar included.

Location was great, rooms were clean, very eco-friendly. Comfortable beds and linens. Free wi-fi. It was a bit noisy but it stopped early every night.

Centrally located, good appointed comfortable rooms, nice bar/restaurant attached, good buffet breakfast. Would definitely return.

Staff were wonderful. Location was great. The negatives were: the room was tiny; hot-cooling system could not be accessed ; and the place was undergoing renovations.

Staff really great and very helpful ...room quite small and dark though even after upgrade to roof room... location superb Bar was WAY too expensive... 8/9 euros for a glass of wine in Portugal is outrageous...
