Great location and great service

Fantastic experience. The room was spotless. Bed was comfy. Staff was helpful. The room was amazing. The bar was nice too I got a voucher for a free drink and they gave it me even though they were just about to close. All around great stay here!

This was probably the most pleasant hotel stay I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. I’ve stayed at very nice hotels around the world, but the William Gray was exceptional. Mostly, because of the staff. Every single person we encountered was kind, polite, competent, and friendly. I could not recommend this hotel more.

The property is lovely and in a perfect location to explore Old Montreal. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The rooftop terrace bar was great, beautiful views. The neighborhood was bustling and busy which was great for convenience, but a little louder than we’d prefer at night. We were on the 2nd floor so pretty close to street level. Our friends stayed on a higher floor and didn’t have any issues with sound. Service was a little inconsistent. We put our green light on to clean our room both days, but we didn’t get service until we asked the front desk on the last evening, which was odd. Amazing coffee shop right next door. Unique property, great stay! Ask for a high floor room if you want to have restful sleep :)

It was very good experience. The room is big. Specially, the bathroom amazing. The hotel is very clean. The restaurant there is no more options in menu for dinner.. the gym. It was very good. The location of the hotel amazing everything walkable.

Great location. Friendly staff. Hotel is under renovation and many of the amenities appeared closed. Rooms that face the spa / pool are able to hear the music quite late into the night.

Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. The staff were outstanding and so helpful. The room was so clean and the shower was divine. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy Montreal in the summer and would absolutely book this hotel again.

Gorgeous Hotel in such a great location in Old Montreal. I let the hotel know it was my husband birthday and they upgraded our room and brought him a thoughtful birthday cake! The rooms were very clean and comfy with gorgeous views! We went for cocktails at a Maggie Oakes in the main floor and had the best espresso martini. This was our first of many trips here! Thank you for the excellent stay!
