Room had a strange smell of garlic, but wat otherwise clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well served and very good.

Clean. Good breakfast buffet, they provide plastic gloves so you don't touch the serve ware.

We chose to stay at the Ibis Hotel in downtown Campinas as we were going to catch the 6 AM Lira Bus to Congonhas airport the next morning. It was a great decision as we did not have to get up real early but could just walk across the street to the bus station. The hotel was quiet, comfortable, clean, great shower and a nice place to stay for the night.

Os funcionários da recepção e restaurante são muito atenciosos e educados. Ótima localização com estacionamento. Com relação à limpeza, fiquei dois dias e o banheiro não foi limpo entre os dias de estadia.

Quarto limpo e cheiroso. Café da manhã com melhor suco de laranja que eu já experimentei. Agora sobre o atendimento, acho que precisa contratar mais pessoas porque teve muitos momentos de fila.
