We had a wonderful time in this hostel, it’s perfect to get to know people and we really enjoyed the vibe there. If you need silent for sleeping it’s maybe the wrong place for you, cause the walls are very thin, but we didn’t had a problem with that. We would come back anytime to meet the volunteers again and chill on the beautiful terrace (:

This place is, like the name says already, literally enchanted. The location is one of the best in the island: You have the mountains right next to you, but it's also not far from the beaches and other great places to visit. . The hostel itself is not that big and therefore really cozy and familiar. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. There is a big enough, clean kitchen and common room where you can chill, read, relax and have a great time with the rest of the (always great) guests. It's not a party hostel but at the same time it's not boring or too quiet. If you feel like resting and sleeping, you can do that. But you can also for example go to the terasse when it gets late (or also earlier of course) to drink a glass of whine or a beer and talk with the other guests. Therefore everyone feels comfortable and at home. The prices are really cheap and fair. Great things happen at that place, because it may really be enchanted (in a good way). The staff is one of the best. All the people who work there are really helpful and nice and always eager to help and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. On top of that everyone of the staff speaks all kinds of languages. The owner is also really nice and occasionally drinks a beer and has a nice conversation with you and is also really helpful. Sometimes everyone cooks together which makes you feel like you are part of a big family. But of course you're not obliged to take part in anything if you don't want to. But at the same time you are always invited by everyone. There is always the opportunity of a great deal of cultural exchange due to the guests from different countries. I really recommend to stay in the awesome hostel. You will never forget your stay and all the great people you meet. Thank you for the great stay! :) ¡Hasta la próxima vez!

I have never been a huge fan of hostels but if all hostels would be like this one, I'd certainly be. It's a very charming, lovely little place with a great atmosphere. We stayed there for ten days and we will certainly come back. What's good? The rooms are simple but have much more flair than your average hostel. You'll find art and plenty of charming details that create a nice atmosphere. The shared bathrooms are very clean at all times. The shared kitchen and social room is lovely and generally the place seems to attract nice and good people. We made many connections from across the world and all age groups. The carefully arranged roof terrace gives you a great view and is a nice place to hang out. The staff, including ownership, are lovely people, very helpful, and highly attentive. The location on the island is very good and you can reach all points-of-interest in a fair amount of time. The direct environment has some nice walks and El Paso itself is one of the islands nicer little villages including very good infrastructure from banks to shopping to gastronomy. The kitchen is well equipped and even contains a very nice selection of things available to everyone (spices, some bread and veggies etc.). What you should know It's an old building - so don't expect a perfect noise isolation and a few sounds coming from doors. The average person won't have an issue, highly noise sensitive people better bring ear plugs. At peak hours, the kitchen/social space can be packed. We only encountered kind and respectful fellow guests with which we enjoyed talking and sharing a glass of local wine - but if you like to be in piece and quiet, avoid peak hours. The owners are conscious of the environment and the islands scarce resources. As German, I'm used to recycling and separating my waste, as you are asked to do in the kitchen. I find it very good but if sustainable practices are annoying to you, it's maybe not the right place for you. Summary Great place, we'll definitely be back. Best hostel I've been to.

Awesome Place for more then one night. The Hostel has all you need. 3 bathrooms a very nice big kitchen where you always meet nice people and pirates... The Sun terrace is a perfect place after a hike. Every friday is live music in town. And by car you only need 15 minutes to the beach or Los Llanos City. Highly recommend this place to stay. Good Energy here. Volunteers are lovely!
