Easy check-in, convenient location to La Ramblas and Placa Cataluyna. Lots of dining options, taxis and buses nearby. Room was clean and the bed comfortable, no problem to get extra pillows. Contrary to other reviews I’d read, our room was quiet. Bathroom amenities very limited , only packets of a combination soap, shampoo and bodywash; I did not find a hair dryer in my room. Daily cleaning service. The breakfast buffet was simple with coffee/tea, yogurt, cereal and different breads. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Broken elevator and no help offered to take luggage to the 3rd floor. Room is like being in a motel 6. Beds are not comfortable and very limited beddings. Not worth the stay and will definitely not recommend to anybody.

No toiletries, they give you a shampoo to wash your hands. Extremely noisy if you are planning to sleep in the nights. Reception desk is not very friendly, they are probably got used to the same complaints every day. If you have suitcases, make sure you can walk with it since the taxis can’t drop you off in front of this hotel.

Breakfast area is dirty, dead roaches on the silverware, quality of foods poor. 😡 Room tiny, Tv screen at about 14x10inches. 😡 Staff are nice and friendly. 😊 Elevator in the building is always broken, mainly during breakfast hours in the morning; they say it is broken. I spent 3 days there, and it was working only in the first day when I got there. 😡 Shops nearby are good. 😊 Location is good. Metro is near. 😊 There are several options for places to eat. Best and cheapest tacos are at TKO. 😊 The picture of Placa Reial posted is probably from years ago. In 2025, the square was dirty, there were no palm trees nor Fountain of the Three Graces anymore. Furthermore, there was some repairing or renewing going on it. 😡

Room faced Plaza and fighting and yelling was loud and obnoxious all night making sleep impossible. No access to looby for taxi. Had to handle luggage alone. No hand soap in bathroom.

Room was clean with no window!! Make sure when booking you ask for it.

It was raining day. We can borrowed hair dryer for used. That’s helpful.

Plenty of shops and restaurants very close. Hotel is basic and dated with a small, noisy elevator. Room is incredibly small and inconvenient.

One night stay. Excellent location and decent value. Small, reasonably clean room with decent air conditioning and excellent view of the Plaza Reial. Friendly and efficient staff. Downsides were the lack of a safe and fridge in the room, very thin walls, dated decor, rickety lift.

If you are sensitive to noise in least, do not book here. If you expect a reasonable breakfast, do not book here. If adequate space or cleanliness is on your list, you got it… do not book here. There was constant noise from the bars and restaurants downstairs from sunset to a little after 5am. I am not talking a little loud; there were people yelling, laughing and singing all night. The room was extremely small and in poor condition. The front desk staff being nice and helpful are about the only good things I can say.

The bed is hard, and there's only one pillow per person! How I wish they could add another pillow. There's no fridge, just a basic hard cushion bed. Staff are amazing!

Great location if you want to be in the center of La Rambala. Lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Hotel seems more like a hostel than Hotel. Its safe and great staff. We had 2 rooms, one room with 3 single beds and the other with 4 beds. We are a family of 5, were comfortable for 2 night stay. Breakfast is included. Rooms have AC, a most if traveling in summer.

Basic hotel but just off las ramblas in lovely plaza real. Rooms were clean, tiny lift and basic breakfast, but all you need for a city break. They kept our bags for us too, which was perfect. All staff very helpful.

The lady we found at the Desk was very rude but later on the Men whom which a shift with her, were excellent. It’s strategically located at the center of everything. . Excellent location. Breakfast served did not have on Protein . Bread, Croussant , muffin, Yoghurt everyday

Property is dated needs upgrade but its clean and right in the center of the city

We spend 4 nights in this property. The rooms were okay. The TV which was very tiny worked the first night and then never worked again. The cover of the bed was stained. The breakfast was horrible only expect bread, croissants, butter, coffee, and spoiled juice. Would not recommend this hotel!!
