Excellent staff

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and modern decor.we had a water view which was nice. Highly recommended.

There's a lack of good hotels with modern facilities close to the old town, this is the best bet

I have stayed at the Bacacan twice now, each time just for one night before catching the ferry to Lesvos. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms with a view of the bay are very nice--roomy, clean, and the view is amazing.

The sink is plugged upon our request to open it, we were told that all the sinks in every room has similar drainage rate; problem was not taken to resolve. People smoke constantly Maybe they smoke in the yard but over 10 smokers create enough smoke to give you the second-hand smoker issue Restaurant was nice and clean Staff was extremely nice Cats cats cays, people show their animal love through feeding the cat at the dinner table If you do not follow this silly rule then the cats attack on you!!!!

All services scaled down due covid, No spa, restaurant very limited choice, the hotel just felt 'very sad'. We had a lovely room as advertised overlooking the water. The aircon was not working so we had to have the window open, Very nice but noisy with the fishing boats all night. Dinner at the restaurant was a joke......recommend you eat elsewhere. The general area of the hotel is not so nice, You are surrounded by car fix it shops.

The hotel is comfortable, clean and well-situated, sea view rooms have a great view. There was some banging noise during the night due to high winds, it would be good for the hotel management to check roof fittings for safety.

This was a fantastic hotel. Amazing sauna, pool and steam room, really beautiful brand new rooms, super modern. Staff are very friendly and a real nice town. Very beautiful seaside hotel. Excellent breakfast and overall the place was spotless clean. Could not recommend this hotel more, good value

This is an excellent hotel, with a fabulous rear aspect and a room with serious design input. Loved it. Just don't let Google Maps navigate you there through the nearby hillside terraced labyrinth of houses.

After. a few problems on the first night my stay was very good. The hotel was exceptionally clean with a staff who did their best for you. The manager was helpful . The indoor gym and pool were always very clean and the breakfast outstanding. As with most of Turkey it was extremely difficult even to get the BBO world service on the TV. The only disappointing feature of the hotel was that the internet was not reliable.

Excellent hotel close to ferries and with easy parking. Good breakfast with a view across the harbour. Will stay here again.

Good location near town centre and good facilities but carpet in room with dirt patches and first room offered with bathroom floor not clean.

Location perfect. Hotel rooms, services, staff, amenities all exceeded expectation.

We only stayed the be night here, but this hotel is now firmly marked on our road trips around Turkey, the hotel it's self is clean and the rooms are just great, next time we will be staying a bit longer to explore the area and will be booking a room with a sea view. The food, I had a quick look at the menu and it was full of good choices but they had a function on so we decided to try some place else. It is a good twenty minutes walk into town and the pavements are not the best to walk on, anyway your Turkish breakfast is one of the best that we have had on our travels. Will we come again that's a big yes

Cheap hotel suitable for one night stay only.

Just spent 9 days here and its a beautiful hotel... the location right on the water is lovely and for me best thing was the food Huge breakfast and excellent meals from hotel kitchen.... made it easy to spend the day or night there My only problem was with wifi.. not great if you've got work to do but if you're just relaxing it's fine Lots of couples so I'm sure it's romantic too..... very nice place

We managed to park easily in the hotel but you should make sure you park earlier as it becomes full by the evening. Check in was easy and the room was impressive. We felt valued as we asked for a seaside view when booking the only city-view room available on this website and the hotel honoured this. The room felt luxurious. We really liked the bathroom and the room’s facilities. The internet was patchy and we could only access it from certain parts of the room. There was lots of food for breakfast and a good variety. We asked about using the pier to swim from and we were told that we would have to pay 35 lira per person, which we found strange. We took a bus to the beach instead and that was lovely, and free to use. Do note that lots of museums and the monastery are closed on Monday.
