Nice hotel, clean, near the center, modern toilet. Very satisfied

The receptionist was very helpful, the location is strategic, close to everywhere in Hanoi.

Strategic location in the middle of the city, close to everywhere, tourist spots & crowds, helpful receptionist.

Located at the centre of Hanoi, but not noisy. Walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake, opera house, etc. The room was specious and clean. They also provide breakfast for all guest and I like their chicken soup very much. It's very delicious. The staff also very helpful. I was check in in the middle of the night and check out very early morning at 3 am. And it was raining. The staff help me to bring my luggage to the car/airport transfer with smile. The also provide Airport Transfer service with reasonable price. Definitely In will stay again in this hotel when I come to Hanoi again.

Everything is fine, only the room is a bit small

Clean accommodation, receptionist was very helpful, gave me early check in. The only drawback is that it is far from the lake and other tourist centers.

The hotel is very good, breakfast omelet with bread rolls better than sandwiches.

The hotel cleanliness, hospitality, comfort, courteous staff, food-style renovation. According to me everything in one 3-star hotel is so good, there is wifi here is not good. Improve this problem again is what k should weigh when choosing your dentist here.
